Ordered 6 pieces of bacon wrapped shrimp with rice for pick up. Was highly overpriced at $19.99 already. Not good enough tasting to validate that price either. Then when I arrive to pick my food up and pay, there is an automatic 18% tip that i did not aggree to. After reviewing the receipt, it reads "18% gratuity is added for parties of 4 or more."

The audacity. Thats deplorable. I was not a party of 4 anyhow. I was single person, who was not waited on, I placed the order over the phone then came to pick it up.

Terrible business practice. Once I looked online to share my expirience I saw the multiple reviews complaining about this place. I should have looked before ordering. Highly doubt this place will be around for long unless they shape up, or at least have phenominal food with adequate portions to justify their terrible...

Watch your tickets because they add tip twice even if it’s a table of 3. They tell you they can’t take off the tip because it’s automatically on there. So I explained to the waitress that it states clearly on the menus that a if it’s a table of four then they will automatically add tips. The food was excellent. The service was so horrible there is 1 server which that is ok. Took 30 mins just to get our drink. Another 30 mins to just get chips and salsa. The fries came out first.
