Los Tres Magueyes Cantina & Grill — Restaurant in Temple

This is the third time I have been here and the service is getting worse. Yesterday I came in and ordered one breakfast taco with a side of rice and sat in the drive-thru for 12 mins at the window while the man was taking other orders. Finally when they come to the window to take my payment it took an additional 3 minutes just to process that, I left got to work just to sit there for one taco and they still get my order wrong after the woman repeated my order back to me 3 times. Fast forward to today 2024FEB07 went to get my food from yesterday that they messed up on hoping that they will do a better job and same results as everything stated above just different employees. They really need to do better with customer service and get the orders correct what's the point of repeating a order back to me when you still mess the order up. Treat others the way you want to be treated and make customers food the way you would eat your food when you take your lunch break and eat something from your job. I am starting to get convinced that they only care about there race, reason I state that is cause I was missing stuff that I paid for and I will make them aware of it and they want to check the whole bag and open your food container to make sure like a person would lie about not having the sauces they asked for or chips that comes with the meal, then once they see that you are correct they don't apologize for the inconveniences but will be glad to take a tip from you fast. Will be the last time going here to this place piss poor management all the way down to the people that clean the restrooms. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT THERE ARE MANY OTHER GREAT MEXICAN RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA TRUST ME WITH WAY BETTER...

Wow it was good just perfect. This is an old review 10 months ago. So I'm updating my review I been working up here in temple again and this is my favorite place. I love most of the staff except for 2 ppl an older night manager who rolled her eyes as we didn't leave a tip on credi card but we did leave a cash tip for our wonderful waitress. Yesterday I ordered it was awsome n left a 20 tip. Just last week I brought my mother so she doesn't know a lot of Spanish but she's a hippie and she's just a happy person as we ordered our young waitress was rude rolling her eyes and huffing. As I ordered our food she was still with a small attitude after our order and asked her 3x to refill my mother's ice tea I told thank you in Spanish soon after that she did a 360 of attitude was much nicer n sweet. I know she might be going through something but still left her a well paid tip. Today I came with my bf she recognized me and as I asked her in spanish for booth seats she smiled. I know its ruff these days but think about the customers. I'm a truck driver I don't live up here but we all come in here very often and we do tip more then the percentage rate but we like to come into place were we won't get rolled eyes or ugly looks but no matter what I still like the food there everything is awsome the staff overall is outstanding thank you all of u for making me n us drivers as we come in a group of 2 4 or 6 we do appreciate a meal since I don't live here to cook a good meal every...

I’ve been here a few different times and they have all been about average. You get Mexican food for decent price but most times have taken forever to get food out and a few times we’ve had communication issues with orders. We “ordered a chicken chimichanga and a beef fajita chimichanga. Kept it pretty simple. And we received a ground beef chimichanga and a chile Reno. So both orders were incorrect. The server that brought our food out which is separate than our waitress apologized and ensured we would get our right order. The waitress who started with us never apologized and even came back around to try to get a correction on our order. She misheard and entered orders wrong but would not apologize or admit to it. Never saw the waitress again. We did get an apology but other than that we were left waiting for a new order of food after waiting a good amount of time before getting our first order. I would have expected the food to taste great after having a disappointing time waiting for my order to be fixed. But the beef fajita is not flavorful. It was kind of over cooked and the beans and rice were also pretty bland. Had to add tobacco salt and pepper to make it somewhat flavorful. Average food average service probably won’t be...
