I come here every two weeks if not every other week.Service has changed lately, your stuff is not worthy anymore.Charlene Check the prices of your stuff whenever she likes or feels it’s needed. I jut came today with Switch games and nintendo switch 2 games. Ones of those games we’re limited edition retail value of 120$ she says she just can borrow 10$ without double checking for any prices in the sistem. The switch 2 games are 80$ brand new. Charlene and the Afro guy Just blame the new manager. Saying now the prices change because of him. People this places is not what it was. They ask for cables, controlles,Everything that comes with any sistem or Item, so they can accept any items and if you Forfeit that item and you want to buy it back, SURPRISE nothing of what you bring with that sistem or Item is not anymore.They just create bundles with loose stuff they find on the store. This is the first time I have been to this Cash Pawn in a while. There is this employee who blew me out of the water. Monica gave me the positive feedback on the gaming systems I needed to sell. Monica is customer friendly. Monica had a lot of knowledge to share about what prices were for which game system and gave information as to why the prices were what they are. Monica assured me that my old systems would go to a new and needing home. She has amazing customer service. Monica is possibly the reason this store is in better shape than when I had gone before. I called in to inquire about a ballpark figure for the items I was selling. I told the lady "Nancy," on the phone everything I had and what I was trying to get for it. She told me without hesitation there would be no problem. They could definitely give me the amount I was asking for. When I get there, they check everything out and verify it is all working properly and it is what I said. After this, they ask how much I'm looking to get and I inform them the same price I did over the phone. They tell me they can't do that and offer me half as much. I explain to a manager what happened and she says they will not give me that price and tells me again they will only give me half as much. Very dissatisfied. Will never do...
