Don’t pay for 3 day shipping on Schluter products. It’s a waste of money. You won’t get it for 2 weeks and they will try to find every way to not take accountability and won’t make it right. I’ve been on the phone with countless people. After I paid the 3 day shipping I started a bathroom remodel and have clients without a bath or shower for 10 days now. The fact that I’m waiting to see if they can even refund the 3 day shipping cost is insane. This is not good for my business and is costing me ALOT more than $140.
