Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Temple

I often visit this location when I head up to Temple to have a Saturday morning breakfast with my sons. Although all Chick-Fil-A restaurants have the same menu, which is consistently good, this location has some pluses others don't seem to have.

This location is very conveniently located. I love that it's right off I-35 close to gas stations and other food venues. It's easy to get to and get out of.

The people at this location are always great. I've never had a bad experience with the service. Even the one time my order was messed up, they made it right immediately upon me telling them about it.

The only downside I've ever experienced at this location is the parking at lunchtime on week days. This place gets packed and the drive-through is very busy. Don't try to turn left into the parking lot from 31st Street during those times. It's a lot easier to come up the I-35 access road, turn right on W. Barton Ave., and then turn right into the parking lot right before 31st Street. You can often find a spot just to the right as you turn in, opposite the drive through.

THE SLOWEST CHICK FIL A IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE....We were in the drive thru at the window waiting for our order cars behind us were getting there food we waited 25mins. Every employee was confused on what was going on it was complete chaos!!! It was about 6 employee near the window and nothing was getting done. My husband ask for a refund took 10mins for that. No apologies or anything I've never been to a CHICK FILA this unorganized. I will never stop at this location again.If your hungry consider a restaurant I'm sure you will get your food faster than going to this place.

UPDATE- After sending in my review to chick fila directly.I was give a voucher for one dessert wow... This is how they treat their customers .My original order was for 40$ and I didnt receive my meals or an apologies from the head staff. Yes the manager did contact me to get my side of the story but again nothing was resolved. Still an unhappy customer. And no I don't want a dessert voucher. We came there for food. Again NEVER visit...

I have been to chick Fila all over the US and have never ever had one complaint. However,sadly this one made me change that.... I do not recommend this location. The place was dirty and unkempt. The attendants not friendly but borderline rude and not competent at all! I had to go back in the restaurant 2 more times after walking out to get sauces and drinks corrected that I had ordered. And the lady at the door gave me a "what do you want now?" look when I came back the last time. This makes me so upset because chick Fila employees are normally the best!! The managers do an amazing job of hiring competent and cheerful workers. We make a point of always stopping at chick Fila on trips because the restaurants are so well kept and service is stupendous. No "my pleasure!" when I smiled and thanked them for my order. The food was still great, and normal chick Fila tasting but everything else was 1 star.
