We used to live down the road from a Black Rifle Coffee Shop, so we bought our coffee in person and it was great. Then we moved states and the closest location was hours away, so we moved to the subscription service.
The first 5 shipments looked something like this:
Wrong coffee sent. Called customer service and said they fixed it and were re-sending the correct coffee. But they sent the same wrong coffee AGAIN. Had to call customer service again, and they re-sent it again, this time with the right coffee.
Normal shipment.
Normal shipment.
Never received the coffee. Tried to call every day for a week, but could never get through to a person. Tried to use the online customer service chatbot and was told to call the customer service line. Called again and left my number to get a call back. Never got a call back. Called again another day and spent over an hour on hold. FINALLY got a hold of someone, but by this time, it was almost time for our next shipment, so I just had them refund us for this monthās coffee.
A week and a half after they took the money out of my account for the subscription, the coffee still hadnāt even been shipped. Again. Had to call customer service again to find out what had happened. Waited on hold for an hour and a half (!!) to be told that they have an āextended shipping timeā under effect so they would have to ask for approval to even give me a refund. At this point, I had lost any and all trust that they could ship me any coffee at all, so I canceled our subscription.
Black Rifle, I really do love your coffee. I would gladly give you money for it. But it is ROUGH to treat your customers this way. Nobody has time for this kind of hassle for a coffee subscription. You should consider not offering the subscription service at all if itās going to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I really like the Black Rifle Coffee. Great Company with a great cause as my husband says. No matter where we are Georgia or Texas we simply love the atmosphere and even when we are a little bit in a rush because of work we go through the drive thru quickly. But lately it has been quite disappointing. The last three times we went through the drive thru were bad experiences, one after the other. The first two bad experiences was in another location (Waco), But today was the third time, and happened in this location (Temple). My husband ordered a 1776 which even though we asked for it hot it came cold (I believe they added cold milk to the coffee and it would obviously cool the coffee), maybe some training there would be helpful, because if I said hot, I donāt expect it warm I expect it hot. I ordered a smashed pumpkin latte, that I really regret of ordering, I donāt know how to describe the awful taste. The flavor of the essence is so strong that it's impossible to find it tasty. It have a very sharp chemical flavor, I have the impression that they just mixed some pumpkin essence with hot water and gave it to me, and now Iām just traveling with a cup full of coffee that I canāt even drink. Waste of money. It's just very frustrating, especially because my husband and I always leave tips on top of our orders. At the very least, we just want what we paid for, and we expect not only good service, but also a good product to eat/drink. Hopefully we will not completely lose our desire for the Black Rifle Company and maybe, but just maybe we will go back again. (Just tired of giving my money to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe really anticipated an enjoyable time and good coffee at this place. We support our military, especially veterans. And we heard good things about the product. And the product was fantastic. The food was really good and thatās rare for microwave. However, it was not enjoyable for me.
I came in with my service dog, IN MY WHEELCHAIR. He did not have his jacket on but we carry his card. Immediately upon entering, ready to say outloud how cool the place was, I was approached by an employee, informing us of no pet policy. And thatās all good, we pulled out the card. And Iām in my WHEELCHAIR! All good I thought, but then she demanded to know what service he provided. Perfectly legal, but immediately I knew I was not welcome, that this chick enjoyed her power over a very sick woman in a wheelchair. My heart sank because I havenāt been out for 5 days because of my illness and so looked forward to going. You canāt know how invasive being āinterrogated ā everywhere I go. Perfectly legal and so incredibly harassing.
They continued to be unfriendly. A huge disappointment. Was it legal? Yes. Was it kind and welcoming? I felt small. Mission accomplished chick. Your must only come by making one feel small. I literally felt accused of being a liar about my handicap....
