Came in and stood in line like everyone else. Was picking up an order. There was a black girl that took a min but then came up to the register, I told her the name on the order and she dismissed me and went along to the next person. Didn't call back to let anyone know like most places. Very rude! When the order was ready she apparently sat it down on counter but didn't let me know it was my order. How hard is it to be nice and give good customer service?? Like why are you wasting my time and the customers that paid extra money for me to come get it? Am I supposed to keep bothering you about it and checking on it cuz you're attitude makes me not want to do that when you already dismissed me?? You do realize that's how YOU get paid right? I will pass orders up all day to not go to this place, the money has to be really good for me to deal with the people there that apparently hate their jobs so much. Been doing this for almost 4 years and have gotten to know all these different people at different places, and a big majority of them do not treat delivery drivers this way. I've waited in this place for over 30 mins for orders. Y'all can deal with the delivery drivers that steal food and pick it up in their pajamas. I'm done with y'all and want to apologize to those who order delivery from there cuz it's not fair to y'all to pay that much when they just don't have any care for customers and delivery drivers. Read moreThis has got to be the 3rd or 4th time in a row that my husband and I have paid money to get home and have the worst food experience from this KFC where do I began? Well I wanted to try the new nuggets my husband said we can just make a sandwich at home. Because the last few times it was awful but we didn't say anything. Long story short the nuggets were old, hard , cold and awful taste but I was hungry so I ate about 5. My husband only ordered the classic chicken sandwich. He sad after one bite this is horrible. After another bite he said this is the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. I was like babe these nuggets are hard and cold . He said we will never eat at that KFC again. So I thought it only fitting to at least let you know how dissatisfied we are seeing as we been dissatisfied for a while and still tried to remain loyal with the way the labor force is and companies going bankrupt all over the place. It cost all companies money when you can't keep your employees and constantly hiring new ones. Which in turn give you a substandard product which in turn crushes the bottom line. Read moreTerrible!!! I made an app order and pulled up to the drive through window. And they had me park in a pickup spot. I waited for over thirty minutes, watching people come and go and taking out large bags of food. I went inside several times to ask about my order and it was never in the pickup rack. Finally I went in and asked where my order was, and the lady said, "oh." I asked her what happened, if they had forgotten about my order, she said, "yeah probably." The manager on duty's name was Kiki. After waiting that long and having them forgotten about my order, not even making it. I was not offered any apologies nor any compensation. They weren't even busy, im assuming, just lazy. Terrible service, what happened to the days of good customer service. The worst part, was that I was given the hardest, most overcooked piece of chicken on virtually dry buns. Wow, I guess that's what we getting for politely asking about our order. Next time, I'll save myself the time, headache, and money and just go to Chic-fil-a. By the way, I also sent a message to their corporate office with no answer.
