So good! I did sorta the Starbucks thing during the late 90s in highschool. It had it's place. The variety of drinks is excellent and the young adults that run what the place are stellar! They have a two lane drive through, but SPOILER - no speaker box to talk to 🤯🤯 - a human is waiting with a tablet taking payment and orders (presumably not cash, but we've never done it). In the rain, cold, blazing sun and everything the weather can give, the tablet carrying person has Dutch Bros labeled stuff - super wide sun hats, ski jackets, but the best is this plastic mini phonebooth or Sponge Bob looking thing that kinda hangs on their shoulders. The app is great for payment and free drinks. I should probably mention the drinks - they are very good. When we first went, we wanted something like a frap, so we got a freeze. The first sip from the straw we were taken by the texture and consistency. The base comes coffee stuff they put into one of those spinning drink machines, like you'd use for a margarita. Super smooth, no accidental large ice pieces and other inconsistencies. If you want to make things sugar free or decaf, I believe they whizz it up, but a double blend is an option. Those are super light. Go there and try it! Don't expect smooth Jazz playing that you can buy on CD for $16.99, or dim lights you can pretend to finish your screenplay to. They have a walk up window with tables and the drive thru. Upbeat...

Easy parking, easy access to drive through. We park our ambulance and walk up; the employees are unfailingly cheerful and enthusiastic, pleasant and courteous. They're never not busy (of course we're usually there sometime between 8:00 and 10:00 so I suppose that's peak starter fluid for the morning impaired time) with the drive-thru and the walk up window, but I've never felt that my wait was unreasonable. My drink is always just what I ordered and satisfactory. Temple certainly is blessed with lots of great places to get coffee, and if you had to ask me to pick a favorite I'm not sure I could, competition is strong but these guys are strong competition! The menu is generously populated with all manner of flavors sensations. Generally I'm a small hot dirty chai five pumps kind of guy, but my partners get all the other inventive named products and they always seem pleased.
So go ahead and stop in at Dutch Brothers coffee on Adams - it's worth the stop and it's easy to get to and the prices are what passes for...

To me its still busy all the time but if you go ANYWHERE at loaded times, what do you expect? In my opinion, its worth the wait. For me, I have NEVER waited longer than a "normal" wait time. I come here frequently and have had ZERO issues. "S" has taken care of me multiple times. The drinks are never wrong and always spot on (I love mine a certain way) she knows how I like it, BIRTHDAY CAKE FOR THE WIN! Really though, her and everyone there are great people, people make mistakes, no one is perfect. Sit back relax and enjoy your day, no matter how bad/hard life is...someone didn't wake up today. Be thankful and grateful. Thank you "S" and everyone else there for what you folks do. One hello/thank you/smile and spot on drink might make someone's morning/day. My drink?: Birthday Cake, no coffee, extra extra...
