I used to work at the taco bell in belton by walmart. We had high standards, that i was expected to uphold. This taco bell cheats on their drive thru times by asking you to pull up and park so they can pay out the next customer(even after the lobby is closed and locked, endangering employees and putting the company at risk of lawsuit), they stop stocking up on food far too early at night even though there are perfectly good ways to reuse leftovers the next day within time periods, the line cooks are lazy and make consistant mistakes, such as random tacos missing ingredients, spreading out meat to try and make something look full instead of just restocking the meat, and putting the proper amount, and selling things they dont have the ingredients to make without telling customers their meal will be missing that ingredient.
To a normal customer this may just look like normal mistakes, or maybe just a bit weird because they do things differently than other taco bells, which is also an issue because all stores are supposed to be consistent across the board with their rules and standards, but to a former employee of a taco bell that actually follows the rules its obvious that the managers here at this one are cutting corners to try and make themselves look good, at the expense of the customer experience, and that the line cooks are rushed, sloppy, and too lazy to stock up their line.
It is obvious that speed and their numbers are insanely more valuable to this taco bell than the customers experience, as i have called in and complained numerous times to no avail.
So if you want your food fast but almost certainly messed up, or want to support a taco bell manager who obviously values their report to their boss more than customer satisfaction, this is the place for you. If not, i would suggest LITERALLY any other location.
Here are some pictures of what to expect:
Half empty quesadillas, tacos with no cheese, and crunchwraps with no beans are just what happened to me tonight, every time i order from here my food comes in a similar state. Id ask to have it remade, but with the quality of service i get here i wouldnt be surprised if they'd spit in my food for making them remake it. not to mention being unable to buy as many burritos as i need EVERY TIME I GET OFF WORK because of their consistant failure to keep stocked any time...
Read moreI'll start off by saying I ordered two chicken quesadillas with none of the jalapeno sauce when I got home those quesadillas had jalapeno sauce in it I ordered that for my children its to spicy obviously for them to eat so the food i paid for i trashed it and cooked for them instead so i Let that Go as well maybe they are new or something and then I go through drive-thru tonight thinking I'd give them another shot BIG MISTAKE!!! Fernando "If that's really his name" managed to spill my red sauce all over the top of my food that was placed in the bag instead of putting the tray on the bottom of the bag like you should or a new bag and then Milo "if that's his real name" gave me medium cups and said that they were large as if I don't know the difference and he said well whenever we give ice water these are the largest we can do well okay then charge me for a large then like I asked duh lost business if you ask me! the customer service is beyond lacking it amazes that at people with absolutely no skills can get hired my food is never correct the people are rude and then and to top it off while Taco Bell is under construction there is no plastic to separate the food from the rest of the contamination which I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to serve food if it's under construction and yes workers were there working construction inside the building I'd give 0 stars but I don't have the option to do so P.s. i also ordered extra cheese on my tacos was a very big order for 8 people actually and it was basically a pinch cheese if that! i get they want to make a profit but when i pay for extra you would think i would at the very least get what I paid for! Never going to that...
Read moreWe ordered 5 items. We pulled up to the window and paid. The kid took the payment, closed the window and pulled out his phone and started scrolling. We waited and waited and waited. I took a nap. I even had time to dream. I woke up and we still waited and waited and waited. A large woman with glasses came to the window and asked what did we order. My frustrated daughter told her, “Food”. The lady asked if we order 2 cheese roll ups; both add meat, one with pecos sauce, a soft taco, a crunchy taco, and chips with nacho cheese. My daughter responded with, “Yes”. The lady said, “Let me see what the hold up is with your order.” She closed the window and disappeared. There literally was no other customers there in front of us at 11pm. I saw at least 3 employees inside, maybe four. She came back with our food AFTER we waited and waited some more. She said, “I put 3 coupons in your bag for the inconvenience.” Unfortunately, the coupons are for free whatever after we order a regular menu item. Trash. I get home and open my cheese roll up with added beef and pecos sauce and I find 3 barely there cubes of tomatoes, and no cheese that I can see or taste. The soft taco and crunchy taco had a lot of faded looking lettuce with barely there meat, a hint of shredded cheese and I didn’t see any tomatoes. A waste and not satisfying. Save your money or choose Whataburger, McDonald’s, IHOP, Denny’s, 711, a vending machine somewhere, or your fridge at home. So not worth the...
