Hat Creek Burger Company — Restaurant in Temple

I don’t really leave too many bad reviews but today is the day. Very disappointed with this place. The service in the drive thru wasn’t bad but it’s more of attention to detail. First thing the coffee was barely warm. I ordered a breakfast bowl combo, a breakfast sandwich and tots. They forgot to put my tots in the bag, no spoon, napkins or ketchup. I had to inform them these items were missing, after they corrected it there was still no ketchup for my tots in the bag. Disappointed I just took my food and left. It was $16 and change for my items. The sandwich was good but very small and same for the breakfast bowl that looked like a side item. I don’t understand why they call it a combo meal when you only get a drink with it. How does a combo meal not come with a side of tots or something. Wife and I were both disappointed with this place. I was still hungry so I went to McDonald’s after which is across the street. Based off all this I will never go back. Not worth the hype. Sad enough to say,because i really like your food, but yesterday November 27 ,i went to pick up an order for Doordash at about 1:10 and the order was supposed to be ready by 1:20, was kind of busy so no big deal if had to wait a few minutes late for it,finally after 25 minutes or so they hand me the bag and some cups to make my own drinks, the bag was so light that i had to double check it, was missing nuggets and all fries ,told one employee and she took it back brought it back a few minutes later said was ready, opened back and all she put in it was sauce packs, had to bring it back to the attention of the manager, after a good 45 minutes they finally got it right and throw it on the counter as if i was bothering too much, was 20 minutes late to the delivery and honestly was the worst experience on doordash so far, hope you're taking note of inquiries about this specific store, maybe just an isolated incident but...
