I love this Burger Shop. Brings back memories of the old diners of excellent burgers and fries. A nice twist is having some of the best yogurt deserts that you will very much enjoy.👍's for this place. Update: 10 June, '22,. Always enjoyed coming here. Excellent burgers and fries. Went here last month and to our shock and dismay received undercooked burgers that were pink in the middle. We have always been Freddy's fans and used to frequent the location on 31st Street that closed. Have been several times to the location on Adams. normally a good experience in the past but the last two visits were very disappointing but this one was the worst experience possible. Nowadays with technology and food handling education there is no excuse for this to happen. It gets worse though. After submitting feedback to corporate I was cordially responded to by Stephanie. She offered a gift card to make amends for the bad experience and wanted us to give Freddy's another try but this was just a lie. No gift card was ever sent and Stephanie tried to insult my intelligence further by claiming that she sent the gift card twice. I would have actually preferred that they ignore my feedback than to insult the customers intelligence further after such a horrible experience. Like I told Stephanie: don't offer something if you have no intention of honoring your promise it's a very bad business practice. If you're too cheap to reimburse the customer for the wasted money at least invest in better educating your employees on how to cook a burger properly or just shut down so that a business that takes better care of its customers can...

Edit: after a thorough review whoever responding did not read they ask what they could do to make 4 stars 5. I mean it's spelled out in my review. Changed to 3 stars since they don't care to read.

I enjoy Freddy's food so I visited today for a delicious steak burger. Now I did two things differently today, 1) I used the app. Previous attempts at using the app were futile as it was not user friendly. This time is at least 100% improved. It still needs work but it was usable. 2) I ordered something different! BBQ sauce bacon steak burger on a pretzel bun was a good idea. It was delicious.

Unfortunately this trip wasn't without flaws. The sign said sign up for the app get a free burger or something. I did sign up and found no free burger. Not a big deal but still. I removed a star for the fountain area being absolutely trashed with some sort of water leak half fixed ? And I placed a mobile pick up order, which received no napkins. I had no idea since it was stapled up. The meal I chose needed napkins!
