Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Temple

First off big thanks to the guy who took my order over the phone and when I arrived was super polite. Rating is a 2 due to the lady working the register, not sure if she is manager or team member but she was kinda rude. The guy with braces was very nice when I was paying I asked if there was a meal deal he said yes so I got that. He said give him about 5 min to wait for my pizza. Once the pizza was done the lady didn't scan the box to check is anything was missing just said here you go, I said ok how about the rest of the order she said you called to order The Batman calzone there it is, she rolled her eyes then scanned the box, went to the back to ask the guy what I ordered and if I paid, came back to the counter grabbed the crazy sticks and said there you go. I asked doesn't the meal include the soda, she looked behind the register to see the meal deal then asked what soda I wanted, I asked for Sierra Mist she looked at the fridge up and down chuckled and rolled her eyes again, then went to the back to get the soda. When she returned with my last item, I grabbed my order and looked at her and said "Your day will get better I promise" when I really just wanted to be rude back. I'm sorry lady your not happy doing your job but it's not my fault your having a bad day. I didn't do anything to get that kind of customer...

I stopped by to get a pizza and only ordered 1 pepperoni..while waiting, a lady came in and said she had been waiting 30 min in the car, then another person came in and said they had been waiting a long time too.. then another pre order person came in and nothing was ready and had all been waiting at least 30 min by this point ..so the cashier Daniel, I felt so bad for him because he was so calm and tried so hard to act as professional as possible. He kept having to ask the lady in the back, Monique, where certain parts of the orders were because she wasn't sending everything up. She then wants to yell up front that people waiting in the lobby can continue to wait and can now expect to wait 20 more minutes . Like with complete attitude and as if she was threatening to make us wait longer because she wasn't keeping up. Daniel kept apologizing but wow. I won't go back there if they have people like her working...

2-14-2020 Around 7pm When I walked in, an employee was already helping someone on the open register. And I'm assuming the manager was doing something by the closed register. No, I'll be right with you or nothing. I'm patientlly waiting for my turn. A white man walks in and gets behind me. And the manager acknowledged him and precedes to help him and the man said he wasn't picking up an order. Um excuse me?? I was here first. I couldn't believe he was trying to help this man knowing I have been standing there. Then he asked what I wanted. I was furious. The manager couldn't even look me in my eye during the whole interaction. I just took my pizza and left. It has been a long time since I have been discriminated against. Wasn't a good feeling. This happened last night and I was too angry to write. Will never return to this location. And from looking at past reviews it seems like racist behavior has happened...
