Horrible, horrible experience here. Our original order on Friday night was wonky, but no major issues, until the fraudulent charges began on my credit card IMMEDIATELY after our 8:30 visit to this Sonic. I had over $500 in fraudulent charges to dispute with my card company, no problem...ok well, not no problem, but a doable problem. I call this restaurant to tell them they may want to do some checking as I know this is where my card was compromised (it is a card I never use). The first young man who identified himself as a manager, DYLAN (OR DILLON) HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME while I was talking. After the second time trying to call, another "manager", SHERRY (SHERRI) was possibly more helpful as she gave me a district manager's number
My call was to make Sonic aware of what is happening in their restaurant. My issue was taken care of with my credit card company, but the way I was treated by SONIC and it's "MANAGERS" was atrocious (if any Sonic employees are reading this, that means really bad), the practices taking place at this location are questionable at best and rude at least and you should use caution (and cash) when visiting this location.
I did contact Sonic Corporate. I received a generic apology response email telling me the franchise will be notified about my concern. DAYS after my message to him, and only after he was contacted by his company about my concern, John Dovers returned my call.

Read moreI ordered on the app to pickup at 12:30pm and arrived about that time. The only two items that I ordered were a medium fries with ketchup packets and a small Oreo master shake. I sat there until 12:50pm and watched everyone else get helped before me, and then they came out with only my fries and told me that they do not have any shakes today. I only ordered a shake because it is half price in the app today, which I find it pretty ridiculous that it is this early in the day and they are already out of shakes to begin with. She asked if I would like a blast instead, so I say yes I would like an Oreo blast. Well, the picture is what I received, which looked like it was meant for someone else that had been sitting out because they brought it out in only a minute or two and it already looked melted. Then I take a bit and it has fudge, Reese's, and cookie dough pieces mixed in, so after all that I didn't even get my replacement item correct. Also, this picture was taken before I took a bite of it, it was only 75% full to top it all off! Oh and also, they didn't put my ketchup in the bag that I ordered, as always. This is just a very disappointing experience considering I visit this Sonic very regularly. They could have told me much earlier that they couldn't make a shake instead of wasting my time and actually made the item I requested as a replacement fresh...
Read moreHad a very pleasant experience today. I go to the Sonic frequently and they mess up my order a fair amount. My order was correct this time . I had a medium unsweet tea and tots. The employee who came to my car at around 645pm today stall number 8 was lovely. She had a very uplifting personality and quite frankly made me feel a bit better after my not so great day. She asked me about my day and it was genuinely kind as you could tell she actually cared. She asked me to double check to make sure my order was correct and over all she was just a very bright person and made my day better. I personally wish the app would let me add tip after I receive my order because I would have liked to go back and add tip for her wonderful service. I also would like to personally thank her for remembering the Sonic mint as I haven't had them in a very long time.
To who it may concern Sonic should have an option to tip online after receiving service. I round up to the nearest dollar but I dont like to tip before knowing my order is correct. I sometimes remember to take cash out to personally hand to employees who are kind and deliver the correct order but a lot of the time they walk off before I can tip, or I forget to pull it out.
