Sunset Grille — Restaurant in Tennessee

This was the worst and most embarrassing experience I have ever had with my family. My family and I sat down at a table (might I add, there were no signs saying reserved), the server took our drink orders. She comes back with our drinks and asks if we were there with the party of 16? our response was, of course, no. So, she makes us get up from the table. so, they’re cleaning off another table and we walk over there so we can sit down and we were chased away from that table as well. This table was also reserved. This is a tiny little hole in the wall restaurant. The entire restaurant was staring at us as we were standing there with our drinks in our hand. The server rudely states “usually people make reservations here .” Believe me, she wasn’t very friendly when she said it. This was our very first time trying this place out, as we read all of the wonderful reviews. Needless to say, I really wanted to crawl into a hole and hide. I mean, who takes your drink order and then kicks you away from the table. They didn’t even try to help us find a table, just left us standing there. We absolutely...

Waited quite a while for service as the two bartenders stood facing away from the bar talking it up. Finally, I'm guessing it was the owner or a manager yelled at them to serve me. When my food came, the gentleman that brought set it down and walked away with out asking me if I needed the mustard I didn't have. The burger had more grease than the fries. After I finished my food I sat there and waited until I finally had to flag down another server who then yelled across the bar at my server to bring my check. Seems like a really great place if you are regular... And...

Their parking lot is always packed, but it appears they are all sitting at the bar and came one per car.

1/4 of the menu is "Market Price." Those prices aren't posted.. it seems like the waitress just sort of makes them up on the spot. $38 for a rib eye steak. It makes me leery when they ask you where are you from before they give you the prices.
