Baldino's Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Tequesta

Me and my husband used to to love baldinos restaurant. The new owners just sadly let it go by the waist side. The kitchen is dirty. The ceiling in the kitchen is caving in and needs to be fixed. The restaurant needs to be painted and rentivated. They need to re do the bathrooms as well. The service was the worse ever. My homemade chips were stale not crunchy they used old oil. They smelled like mold. I waited 90 minutes for a Philly cheese steak. The waitress sprayed chemicals on tables all around me when I was still eating my dinner. The fans were bowing the chemicals on my food.i had said something to the waitress she just laughed about it and did not care. They charge extra for extra salad dressing condiments extra sauce you should read the very fine print at the bottom of there menu. The new manager just let baldinos go way down hill for the worse. This is very sad. They raised the prices to high. Almost 5 dollars for a very small cup of soup and I do mean small. This was the worst experience that i have ever had at Baldinos.Restaurant. The new owners gave baldinos a very bad representation. My waitress charged me for 3 beers instead of for 2 beers. The service was very poor. She was spraying chemicals on the tables all around me when I was still eating my dinner. The fans were blowing the chemicals on my food. When I had said something to my waitress she then laughed and did not...

This restaurant is usually pretty darn good. I'm writing this review for the poor service, not the food- Deliciousss Cheese Steaks!.

Went there for lunch today at 1:50p. The waitress gave us dinner menus so we asked for lunch ones, after she huffed and puffed she waited on another table and dropped the menus at 1:55p. Then informed us the computer shuts off lunch at 2pm sharp, mind you we were ready to order. She walked back to the kitchen and helped another table to pass the time and never returned. We walked out at 2:02p. She told us to have a nice day on our way out. We could NOT believe it!

Heard another table ask for oil & vin for their salad, she said "Its on the other table, let me use my 3rd hand to go get it for you" in a snappy attitude. She may have been having a bad day, but leave your bad vibes...

Would suggest to never order from this place!!!!! Order online, after waiting an hour plus, called and was told they had no idea when the order would be delivered!!!!! Employee that answered was delirious...ask for manager, Brian (manager) got on the phone with no answer to delivery time...WOW. But that's OK, he assured me (at my request) the order would be cancelled and my credit card would not be charged!!!!! LOL, yes, Dec 26 my card was charged and have called 4 days in a row to get a refund!!! Brian seems to never be available and there is not one employee that seems to have the authority to refund me the $38.56 charged to my CC. INCREDIBLE!!!!! Would never recommend this restaurant to...
