So as we came out to Jupiter Florida for Father’s Day weekend we had to make the stop to see the light house! It’s not free but well worth the price, General admission is $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and veterans, and $6 for children aged 6-18. Children 5 and under are free, as are lighthouse members and active-duty US military with ID, There is so much to do especially if your interested in history, also the light house had about 105 steps to climb to reach the top, don’t worry there are half way points where you can stop and rest for a breather! My 2 little ones that are 11 & 8 didn’t end up making it to the top they did get scared of the stairs and the height! But the rest of the older ones did and they said it was so worth it, there are also restrooms close by to the light house I feel like this is a good key factor to know due to walking up those stairs you might wanna just take that stop before trying to start the stair climbing, there are so many amazing spots for pictures, there is also a gift shop and on the side of the gift shop don’t forget to stop by the museum! Bring a swim suit there is a spot where you can swim in the nice amazing clear water, while watching the boats go by! It’s so relaxing! We really enjoyed the tour of the light house! Just heads up there is no playground here also no dogs allowed! Heads up...

If you want to visit the lighthouse see the seperate listing for Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum! This is where you park to visit the lighthouse, but it's operated separately and has different hours.

Lighthouse Park is a town park with soccer fields, pickleball/tennis court, a small playground, and a small riverfront beach area. It has a view of the lighthouse. There is an outdoor local shipwreck display with two cannons and an anchor.

The river shore has rocks due to erosion, but there is still water access. The water looks really nice on the incoming tide. It seems popular with fishermen. It's not unusual to see 50 people around the riverfront area on a nice weekend afternoon.

Pickleball courts are sometimes busy, especially early in the morning.

The soccer fields are packed on Saturdays when there are...

Lighthouse Park in Jupiter is a true local treasure that offers something for everyone. Nestled alongside the iconic Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, this park provides a perfect blend of recreational facilities and natural beauty.

The park boasts well-maintained amenities, including tennis and pickleball courts, soccer fields, a playground, and clean restrooms. It’s an ideal spot for families, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone looking to enjoy outdoor activities.

An iconic red lighthouse, standing tall against Florida’s bright blue sky, is a stunning sight and a testament to Jupiter’s historical significance. Journey begins at the museum, where a collection of exhibits unraveled the rich history of the area. Artifacts displays the lives of the Native American tribes, early settlers, and military personnel who shaped Jupiter's past. The knowledgeable guides were passionate and offered fascinating insights into the lighthouse's role over the decades. The highlight of my visit was climbing the spiral staircase lighthouse and the breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline, the Atlantic Ocean, and the lush surrounding landscapes—a picture-perfect moment that made the climb worthwhile.
