Arby's — Restaurant in Terre Haute

So I placed an order from the Arby’s app, and when I went to pick it up , I pulled up to the speaker box for drive thru and the employee told me I had to come inside to get my order which I think is ridiculous. Considering it was POURING RAIN, and you know customers paying $24 meals and a few chicken nuggets (would have been over $30 without a coupon) should be able to retrieve their food from the drive thru window like you can at basically ANY OTHER RESTAURANT! Secondly, for my meals I got 2 large fries and I’m willing to bet these fries are over an hour old. They ARE COLD , HARD , & RUBBERY!! I’m extremely upset. Arby’s is already overpriced in my opinion and the very first time I make myself pay to eat it I GET THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH AN ARBYS! Very disappointed, also the managers can’t even cancel an order if you order on the app and mistakenly send it to the wrong Arby’s location and aren’t able to pick it up, you have to email in and wait days for a refund because you don’t get the option to cancel the order and the employees say they can’t either! STEP IT UP...

I love Arby's food!! Good food takes time, but I've worked enough Foodservice/Fast Food/Private/Fine Dining/Member's Only Private Clubs to understand every aspect of the Fast Food Worker. Yes , I graduated High School, yes-I have valid & current Driver's License. I've worked the Drive-Thru window many, many a moon while in high school. Arby's Drive-Thru is usually about 2x the speed of molasses (lol), due to the fact that their food, quite literally,is FRESHER and the majority of their offerings on the menu are truly made-to-order. BRAVO to the Lunch Crew that day! They did in fact, from what I witnessed that day at lunchtime,manage to keep everything & everyone moving right along at a decent pace, especially since we visited right when the lunch rush was becoming insanely busy!
