Hardee’s — Restaurant in Terre Haute

Please note: my only goal is for your team to learn from this experience. I have enjoyed your food in the past. Tonight I left after waiting 10 min in drivethru-2 people working the front counter/ drive thru. Female server was very polite in taking my order. Guy was outside taking trash out-smoking a cigarette right beside my car window while I was placing my order. No gloves were worn while handling trash bags.. No on came to the window to advise what the delay was from- the guy crossed in front of my car to go back in the building, and belched loudly. I watched the gal reach into the waistband at back of her pants multiple times to pull up her pants-never washed her hands. All the while, she was serving customers at the counter. I left when I saw her take a french fry container and held the top/front of it to the front of her uniform to try to get a better grip on it? Then filled it with fries and handed it over the counter to a customer. No gloves worn at any time while handling food. Please review infection control practices and proper food handlng with your team. I won't feel comfortable returning...

I normally adore Hardee's and stop at one every time I get a chance since they are few are far between depending on your location. Tried the fish sandwich for the first time. Priced at two for five dollars was a good deal. When we got our sandwiches one was so thin and dried out on the bottom you'd think you were biting into a strip of bacon. The bun had a big chunk missing, not the best first impression. The other was just about as bad. Very thin, dried out and not very warm. There was just a hint, a smattering of tarter sauce, enough to thinnly cover the bun and a huge piece of wet lettuce that dwarfed the whole sandwich. Also ordered steakhouse onion rings and a double cheeseburger slider, both excellent!!! They came out hot and fresh. Those were both 'Happy Hour' specials. Back to the fish, took the fish back to the counter and they were very pleasant and remade it. It came out hot and fresh this time. Steaming hot. Still not a great sandwich though, I'd opt for any other fast food fish sandwich offering. Across the midwest, I'll stick to the breakfast choices, as they've never...

Went to this Hardee’s around 7pm today. The girl on the drive through kind of had an attitude. We were not rude to her. When we got to the window the guy and girl were laughing and acting suspicious AF. Dude went to bring us our food then took the bag back to the counter and just stood there for a second. They stood there saying something to one another while covering their mouths then eventually brought us the food. They left out our curly fries (that I was charged for) and gave me a small when I ordered a large combo. Hopefully that was the joke. Maybe they were just goofing around. I don’t know.
