Red Lobster was fantastic it maybe expensive but it was worth it. I ate there with my family and you should try the Irish mudslide if you like mints. Also try the lucky leprechaun it delicious. Our anything you like and enjoy. They've changed it since I have been there before and it looks a lot better. So go there and eat splurge for a change take your family but make sure you have a lot of money in your wallet. I read some reviews from others and quite a lot of them had good experiences at Red lobster. Especially when it was all you can eat shrimp which that's my favorite. I would love to have all you can eat lobster too. I also noticed that they have had mentioned good things about the staff and the waitresses. Some had a bad experience with the all you can eat shrimp saying that the refills were cold and soggy or being ignored by a server. I've never said anything about the staff and waitresses and I'm sorry about that. It wasn't a long wait for me and my family and the staff was excellent and friendly even our waitress was friendly and about every one of them kept asking how everything was. The service was great they made me feel like a king and my family loved...
Read more11:20 a.m. Not busy..Waited at Hostess stand quite some time..it was then suggested that we sit in the bar area.. The wait time for our main dish was abt 45 min. Appetizer came in a somewhat timely manner..My lobster bisque was lukewarm, but my friend said her clam chowder was delicious..the shrimp cocktail and coconut shrimp were just ok...My friend's salmon was good, but the roasted brussel sprouts were actually burned and not edible. My fish and chips fell in the same category..the fish was so thickly breaded that when I peeled off the breading only half of the portion was actual fish..I ate 3 or 4 bites. I ate none of the fries and a bite of coleslaw. When the waitress took away my full plate, she remarked, Too much breading? When she brought the bill, she said the manager removed the upcharge for the brussel sprouts. The waitress was good at her job so the bill for lunch for two came to $45.34 including the tip. We had not been to Red Lobster since the start of the pandemic, so imagine our...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I went during endless shrimp. Our server was very polite, but the service was poor. Our shrimp refills were always slow (which is expected for a Saturday night during endless shrimp), and our shrimp was sometimes cold. Also, the kitchen always sent out our shrimp refills on the same plate, so sometimes two different flavors of shrimp were mixed, which was not appetizing. Toward the end of our meal, a group was seated behind us in a booth the same size we were sitting in. I would say the booth would be cramped for four people. They seated five adults at this booth. When a couple of the family members expressed their concerns about the size to the hostess, she just stood by silently as they tried to get situated in the cramped space. For these reasons, this Red Lobster has received a two star review. The wait staff is very polite, but the kitchen staff, hosts, and managers need to make a better effort to keep their customers happy and provide...
