Panda Express — Restaurant in Terre Haute

Stopped in while driving through Terre Haute. Everything was fine until the teriyaki chicken. My wife and I both wanted the teriyaki chicken. After our rice and other entrees had been scooped, when we said that we wanted the teriyaki chicken. The worker set our plates to the side and started helping the people behind us. We thought that was odd, and when he finished with those people, he left the area. After a couple minutes of waiting with no explanation, we flagged down someone else and were told that they were making more. There were about 3.5 whole pieces of chicken left so we were confused, the worker told us those pieces were dry, so we'd have to wait. It had been about 8 minutes at this point, and the other food on our plates was cold. We were both tired and very hungry so my wife went and sat down to wait. The worker saw this and started cutting up the "dry" teriyaki chicken and putting it on our plates. I was confused but hungry so I didn't really say anything. At this point, the worker ran out of teriyaki chicken, and started pulling chicken from another dish to make up the difference on my plate. I asked her what she was doing; I said, "isn't that chicken different?". She said, "oh no, this is just newer teriyaki chicken". It was CLEARLY a different dish, they hadn't even finished cooking up the newer batch of teriyaki chicken. So at this point, we'd been waiting for 10 minutes, our other food was cold, I was being served "dry" teriyaki chicken, plus whatever other random chicken dish she was pulling from, so we walked out of there and went somewhere else. THE WORST experience I've ever had at a Panda Express. And this all could have been avoided if the first worker had let us know the teriyaki chicken would be several minutes, then we could have just gotten something...

This Panda Express is a joke. I've been here twice and my wife picked me up something one other time (this evening). My order is pretty simple, spring rolls and white rice, that's it.

The first time I ate at this Panda Express I ended up with lukewarm spring rolls that were tough and chewy. I'll admit I got them to go and I was super hungry and pulled into a parking spot in their lot and ate. I did not go back thru (or in) and ask for fresh spring rolls.

The second time I stopped here I waited 10 minutes to get to the speaker to order my food with one car ahead of me. After ordering my simple order I pulled up behind the car at the window. After nearly an additional 15 minute wait I arrived at the window. At the window they informed me that they did not have enough spring rolls to complete my order. I told them to forget it and left.

My wife just stopped by in the last half hour and ordered 10 (5 orders total) of spring rolls to bring home for me. They could only serve a total of 2 orders, or just 4 spring rolls. They refused to cook anymore of them. My wife stopped by before 8 PM and according to their hours (found on Google) they close at 8:30 PM on Sunday. Come on Terre Haute Panda Express, do better.

I've only ever stopped at the Evansville (North Green River Rd) and Bloomington, IL (West Market St). Never had a bit a trouble with either one, food and server is always great. That is not the case for this Panda Express. It's...

Absolute joke of a restaurant. I showed up 5 minutes after my online order was supposed to be boxed up and ready to go, and the place was completely dead with all the employees standing around. When I told them my name, the lady said they didn't have 2 of the entrees made and it would take about 10 minutes for them to make them. So I sat there for about 25 minutes before my food was finally boxed up. So for some reason when my online order went through and they had no customers and were standing there doing nothing, they decided to continue to do nothing and wait until I showed up to start boxing my food and then realize that they didn't even have 2 of the things I ordered. By the time I got my food there were 4 other people there all with online orders who were waiting for their food too, more of which had to be made since again they didn't check to see if any was made when the order was placed 20 minutes before then. The best part was when I got home, my beef with broccoli had a total of 4 TINY pieces of beef and 8 huge chunks of broccoli. This is the fourth time in a row that my wife and I have had an absolutely horrible experience at this place, it's almost like they are playing...
