My brother & I both enjoy fish usually, so when we saw the long John silver's on Wabash(Terre haute), we stopped for lunch. HUGE mistake !!! I ordered the fish & chicken meal, and my brother had the fish sandwich. After 1 bite of the chicken plank, I spit it out. It had an odd flavor. So I took a bite of the fish and swallowed it. I took another bite, started to chew it ,noticed an odd flavor, but swallowed it anyway. Then ate some fries, which were hot, fresh, and good. I took another bite of fish, started to chew it, but stopped because it was spoiled !! I spit it into my napkin & just sat there ... waiting to see if my brother noticed anything odd or bad about his sandwich. Without saying anything, he started taking it apart. Then took the breading off, started smelling it, rubbed a finger across the fillet, and told me not to eat any because it was badly spoiled. Not just a little spoiled, but REALLY SPOILED !! By that time my belly was already letting me know I'd eaten too much of it. I took it all back to the cashier & told her about it being spoiled. She didn't say ANYTHING. She just gave my money back.... Still not saying anything. No questions,no apologies, no anything!! I couldn't believe it. It gets better. She started taking the next customers order. She didn't warn him that there might be a problem. She just wanted to make a sale. To my knowledge, she didn't think to inform the cook either. JUST MAKE THE SALE!!! I will NEVER enter that store again. I like long John silver's....just not the one on Wabash. Oh, both my brother and I threw-up before we even got home.

Read moreTook the older kids to lunch here on Saturday. There were signs all over that stated 30 cinnabon pup things for only $1.00 so I ordered 3 sets of the 30. Enough to take home to my sister in law, nephews and my other two children that were still at home. They rang me up for 3 for $1.00. Then when we pointed out the mistake and they tried to say that, that deal hadnt started yet but it was all over the store!!! Then they said they couldn't fix it and id just have to order 30 again and get 33 in total. So I went ahead and took the 33 since they couldnt fix their own mistake. Then the whole time we waited for them, we could literally hear them complain about how they had to make sooooo many and who in the world would order so many unless they were "fat" or "dumb" people. (They are smaller than a donut hole from Square Donuts). So then after Im sitting at my table fuming, I then notice that not a single employee making food were wearing gloves or washing their hands. One employee wiped all the sweat off her face with her apron, then proceeded to batter the shrimp and throw them in the fryer. No gloves and she didnt even try to wash her hands. I just didnt have a great time in this place and not even the food tasted right...... we will not be going...

This was hands-down the WORST service I've ever gotten. Employee Angelique was a real piece of work, almost comically rude and abrasive for no apparent reason. They pulled me around to wait, probably because of the sensor mentioned in other comments to keep their recorded wait time down. If you don't mind waiting 5-15 minutes for them to finish your food and the person's behind you to deliver them both together, AND love getting verbally abused by the employees, this is the place for you! And yes I've already filled out the survey and given my information to the company. **Edit Hey thanks for the auto-generated suggestion to do what I stated in the review that I already did! This location is NOT generally known for good service and I'm absolutely not holding my breath about this robo-account...
