I would never dream I'd be giving this place a one star because I used to love it so much. I rarely have cash these days and I am not usually able to go when they're open but I found myself under the right circumstances and in need of a pick me up today. When I pulled up I asked the lady working if they specifically had unfilled chocolate long john's to which she said yes and then I asked if they had the chocolate donuts with the white cream filling to which she also stated yes. I asked if I could get four of the unfilled and two of the filled. She proceeded to fill two bags and handed them to me as I handed her the last of my cash. There aren't air pockets in the dough, it's truly filing, and the glaze is evenly layered. Their cream filled donuts.....wow. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered. The company carries a deep history, dating back to the 1950s. Very clean yet vibrant building. Reputable service and community involvement per multiple awards that decorate the walls. It's a cash only establishment, which is limiting the business, specifically financial growth & expansion(they carry franchise potential for sure!) but is totally understandable if that's...

I did think they were melted and looked like they had been there on the shelf for a month but I ate one. They were as terrible as they looked. I took them back and told the manager that they were bad and I want my money back. She looked at me as I told her twice how terrible they were before she finally responded āWell they arenāt always freshā. WHAT? I left this review on their website as well. Keep up the good work...
