Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Terre Haute

Well first off I placed my order at 10:57 pm 1/06/2022…. And now it’s 1:02pm 01/07/2022 and I still have no pizza. I would understand if I received a notification stating that my order was canceled but I didn’t. I received a message and email stating that my order was being prepared and it would arrive at 11:35pm. I did receive a phone call but when I answered it was disconnected and when I called back I received a automated message saying that they were closed but if I had placed an order that they was working on it and I would receive my order soon so be patient…. So we waited until 1:00am because we were under the false impression that we were still getting our order. Thank goodness TacoBell was still open and we were able to get something for our family to eat. So NO there’s nothing you can do for me to give your establishment a better review and No I will not recommend your establishment to my friends and family. Placed order over phone, wait time was 45-55 min. We waited an extra 15 minutes on the order to arrive. Called the store 1hr.& 5 min. afterwards to speak with the mgr. only to be given run around about how they didn't have a order placed under my name but somehow the account was charged but we never received any type of product. Upon arrival parking lot had only 1 car in the parking lot, I went inside an asked to speak with management about the incident at hand an was once again given run around about how they didn't have a order in my name. The managers both actually told me to my face they couldn't refund, or comp any food off the bill & further more neither one of the managers even knew the corporate phone number. It was actually a cook that came from the B.O.H. to give me the corporate phone #. My hat goes off to the Man in the back that came to the front counter to handle the situation at hand. Shift manager was rude as hell. I called to ask about delivery considering we're in the same city I thought they would deliver here. I have to call the one "down south" I guess. But she thought she hung up and she said I quote "dumbass! She wanted us to deliver her a pizza on the other end of town" kept running her mouth and I just listened. I called back and someone else answered and in the back ground she says don't answer it don't answer it but the man had already answered the phone. Then I ask to speak to the manager and the manager was the same woman that called me a dumbass. I told her that she was the dumbass for thinking she hung up the phone before running her mouth then she said good for you and hung up. I called back. No answer. I called again she picked up and hung up. I called again and told the woman. To let her manager know I will be calling the law. She said ok. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
