USA Nails — Local services in Terre Haute

I want to start this off with I went here 2 times prior and it was okay service and my nails were done well. HOWEVER! yesterday was aweful 😖 All I came in for was to get my toe nails painted black to match my finger nails. That's it. No pedi or anything just a gel color change. They wanted $26 just to have the color changed. My toes are now sore as heck and look god awful. I have a wedding I'm attending today and now have to search for a new salon because after I was argued with about paying before they fixed the problem and having to come in another day to get them fixed since they took just over an hour to mess them up... I no longer trust the service of this buissness 🙃 The tech grinded my previous polish off roughly and kep nicking my skin. And decided to cut up my cuticles even though I just had a pedi a week ago. She over cut around my nails and caused light nicks and cuts and then after the sloppily applied the nail polish kept going over the cuts for an hour while they burned with acetone. And then the tech blamed all the messed up nails on the uv light boxes not working properly and said none of their uv light boxes were working. There was about 6 to 7 other ppl being served so idk how any of them got gel polish if all the boxes were broke but...

I had a terrible experience. For starters an appointment for prom at 4 pm. I showed up at 3:50, signed in and a woman greeted us and directed us to pick our colors. We picked our colors and explained to her for the 3rd time that we wanted a full set of nails with a GEL, I repeat gel overcoat. So she redirected is to the gel section, where we once again had to pick colors to match our prom dresses. By this time its probably 4:15 ish. We keep our colors and sit to wait. By this point I'm like ok on sure we should be next, nope. A couple people walk in AND START GETTING DIRECTED TO CHAIRS. EVEN THOUGH WE HAD AN APPT. AND HAS BEEN SITTIN THERE FOR AWILE. By this point its 4:45pm and my sister finally gets in. Three people in front of me later, I want nothing to do with this place. They didn't even respect the design my sister wanted. I was so upset! I will never ever step foot in there again. While my sisters nails were getting finished up, I heard one of the other coustomers being all buddy buddy with the nail artist. I was a walk in and they got me in for a pedicure right away. I was lucky, so make an appointment! 🙂 They have a very nice large and newly paved parking lot. There are many points of access to the main road (ft. Harrison. The location is safe and easy to get in to and out of. They are not connected to any other businesses, which is nice. I had really let myself go and desperately needed a deluxe scrubber pedicure!! I really put them to the test. They did an amazing job! The whole package is worth the extra$$$ definitely! It is so important to take care of your feet. They did leg massage, hot towel wrap, hot stone massage and some other technique I don't even know the name of. But, it will really help my circulation and overall health. The hot stone massage was really awesome (my first time.) Overall, I couldn't be more thankful and I really appreciate the hard work they put in. I cant reach my feet anymore (lol) so I really needed the help. I paid $48 plus tip for a very high quality, full service, and beautiful pedicure with the highest of hygienic standard. I am...
