i have been renting from this store for about 8 years and today they lost me as a customer ill explain why i went in to my local store and spoke with Sam and talked to him about the bedroom set. asked the price of said bedroom set and was told about 20 dollars more per bi-weekly payment then the other bedroom set we have (that bedroom set is 58.47 bi weekly) so we tell him ok order it we want it with a mattress. he says ok it will be 4-6 weeks. well both of those things so far have turn out to be lies or miscommunications i am not sure witch. but today we received a text and a email from the local store stating we needed to sign the new agreement and the delivery is set from 1-3 pm est today. so we open said agreement and the payment is not 20 dollars more it is almost double(agreement states its 100.57 bi-weekly) so me and my husband talk about it and decide ok we will take it seeing as we have waited on this bed for 2 months and i sign the agreement and we move everything around in our room looking to receive our new bed..... well 3pm est rolls around and we call the local store to find out what is going on and speak to miles who informs us that our USED bedroom set will not be delivered today. And i tell miles that that is unacceptable seeing as i have been waiting for over 2 months on this bedroom set and seeing as why i dont have it is because Sam forgot to order the mattress. We have to call them and have received NO communication from ANYONE at that store until we received the text message this morning i feel i have been lied to MANY times by the employees of that store and am in talks with my husband about returning the other bedroom set we have from Rent-A-Center.. so i am wondering what if, anything can be done about this because i dont not want that bedroom set from that store im not sure i want anything from this...
Read moreSeeings as I paid over 5000 for a stove that was amazing at the time then it took a crap. So I got a replacement waited over 6 months for them to tell me they claimed it out for the damage so I paid 78 to pay off what I had they came and took what I had left me with another one and because my lights was off at the time of drop off I didn't know it too was a piece of crap that was throwing the same code the original one was. I call them they tell me I'm sol so I call corporate who then calls the old GM who told them to replace it well here it is almost six months later still have the same stove that keeps coming on by itself has almost burned my house down and guess what they are not going to replace the damn thing....

I understand sometimes they’re busy helping customers on phone, looking things up but they always say They’ll be right with me, or tell me if I have any questions to let them know. I’ve always walked out with a smile even if I didn’t purchase anything. These guys are only HUMAN too, we all make mistakes sometimes!! Go Team Rent A Cener out on Fort Harrison Ave....
