Wendy's — Restaurant in Terre Haute

No starts! They need to have better staff for night shift! Went there last night and two staff members, around 11 pm, Were making out and on top of each other and bumping and grinding. Went through the drive-thru lights we're out had to ask if they were open, which they were due to the fact they don’t close until 12 am. We had to wait for five minutes for them to turn the lights on then go to the window seeing employees making out while waiting for our food to get our food. order, two large chilies, and its cup were half full not even a large. when we went home to eat because we live not even five minutes away fries were very soggy and seem to have set all day nuggets were hard as a rock no sauce like we asked as well my hamburger had cheese on it that looked like the meat has set all day and cold and sloppy with no bacon on it. The only hot thing was chill my boyfriend has gotten but we both were unhappy! Taken a picture of it. Didn't go back and tell the night crew because seems like they wouldn't have cared anyway, the way the food looked and what we have seen as well, it was getting late. Called and tried to report it but heard nothing back. Lucky we didn't have kids in the car seeing this I would have gone up to the window and went off. Lights were on in inside clear as day at night seeing two employees on top of each other about to get naked the guy was rubbing her up and down in the lobby. The day we was there they basically didn't have any food. They was out of all soda. They didn't have any spoons. One guy had went thru the drive thru and came in because they didn't give him a spoon. When they told him. He said "then what am I supposed to eat my chili with?!" They said "I can give you a fork". They didn't have any chicken for their sandwiches. My sandwich was supposed to come with pickles and it there wasn't any on it. So they was probably out of pickles too. And i think they was almost out of napkins too! There is literally a krogers behind them. They could've at least went and got a few boxes of spoons! I realize there is supply shortages everywhere. But it felt like they was out of more things then what they wasn't out of. It was almost like they were like "Hey we're almost out of x. Okay remind me next week to order some more." Next week came and "Oh I forgot to order that. So it will be here in two weeks."...

Store manager is rude talks down to her employees and the employees families yelling and screaming. as a former wendys employee im aware that family members who work for wendys must work at a different store yet the store manager has her biological son working at the same store. She blatantly disregards food and customer safety threatening sick employees with termination if they dont come in. Along with hiring minors that just wanna play on their phones at this point i question the business leadership and their abilities to select quality competant senior management if youre going to belittle your employees and their families you shouldnt be in a management position (i do have screen shots to prove it) i have been a life long wendys customer but after ive witnessed this store managers behavior and conduct i will no longer eat there wendys has lost...
