Read reviews decided to try this place.Most of the time reviews help.Not this time! View menu showed had breakfast allday.Notice menu was different. So no breakfast at the time we visited. Lady seemed rude. Placed order and notice she didn't come back to refill drinks.Order cheese sticks asked for them to be served first.Waited then husband walked to waitress asked how much longer. She replied im going to get them.Excuse us.Only ranch for them.Placed senior hamburger and was told its only the meat no veggies on sandwich. The hamburger has onion blended into meat.No where does it tell you this.Not everyone likes onion. Bean and cheese nachos was shredded cheese melted on top of beans with greasy chips.Order kids meal it doesn't come with drink also no sauce for nuggets.So paid 6.99 plus 3.99 for milk for kids meal. Very disappointed!! The cook comes out from back looked like he rolled out of bed.That made my daughter the twice.Read reviews again and notice the place has new owners. Great service! Real chicken fried steak! I can tell mine had never seen a freezer. Good quality meat and hand breaded. Gravy and mashed potatoes are also the real deal. Very good fried okra. Great flavor with a great crunch, not too greasy and a huge portion. Very good sweet tea. Not overly sweet but just right. They have strawberries on the menu as a side, didn't really care for them. We were expecting fresh strawberries but these were more like a cheesecake topping. Very sweet. More of a dessert. Good green beans, not the squeaky kind. Good meat on the hamburger steak, but we didn't really care for the gravy. You can get cottage cheese and peaches here! Each is a separate side but they go great together! Called in and placed a breakfast order on my way back home to georgia. I’m a foodie so I love to support and try different restaurants. Walked in and was spoke to by one older mexican woman with a smile “Hello” no smile. Never was asked “may I help you” or anything else. Stood for 10 minutes while watching customers pouring in and being greeted, seated and orders been taken. All I wanna to do was pick up my to go order. Simple! Especially after I was told over the phone that it would take no longer than five minutes in which the drive there took that amount of time. So I decided to leave.
