I will tell you the bread is excellent. The service is not. We asked for al dente noodles and roasted garlic with our dishes. They brought out mushy noodles with giant, uncooked garlic mixed in. When we mentioned it to our waitress she said the noodles were already cooked this morning (we went at night) and she didn’t know about the garlic. She would get a manager to come talk to us. The manager came and just said I’m the manager and looked at us instead of asking how may I help you. We explained what we had asked for and he said that the noodles were precooked and they wouldn’t cook any more until tomorrow. I asked why the waitress didn’t tell us that when we ordered or why our garlic was not cooked. He asked what can I do? I said nothing, we were done and would eat somewhere else. He grabbed our plates, said you can go and walked off. Flat out rude. Not to mention my beef Ravioli came with 3 raviolis for $11. My husbands spahgetti with meatballs came with 2 meatballs and the first time they brought it out with the wrong type of sauce because the waitress wrote garlic sauce instead of marinara with garlic. That was another $11. Plus the “salad” is two iceberg lettuce leaves and a pinch of cheese. That’s it. Worst experience I’ve had here. It’s normally touch and go with the friendliness of the staff but this was ridiculous. I recommend the Forney location instead. To the rude managers credit though, he didn’t make us pay for the food...
Read moreDuring our unforgettable trip from Louisiana to Dallas, my fiancé and I stumbled upon Napoli’s , and it turned out to be a hidden culinary treasure that we will forever cherish. This charming restaurant exceeded our expectations, immersing us in a world of delectable Italian cuisine that made our journey truly memorable.
As soon as we entered, we were warmly welcomed and embraced by the cozy ambiance, instantly feeling right at home. Our visit coincided with a craving for something exceptional, and that's exactly what we found in their lobster ravioli. It was the perfect dish to share and savor with my beloved, leaving us with a cherished memory of our time together.
In addition to the extraordinary lobster ravioli, we were thrilled to discover that Napoli’s caters to pizza lovers like us. The pizzas struck a flawless balance, offering a tantalizing blend of flavors that satisfied our cravings. The crispy crust acted as a foundation for a symphony of fresh ingredients, resulting in a pizza experience that was nothing short of perfection.

Read moreService was good and attentive. Waiters and waitresses made sure we had plenty of garlic bread while we were waiting on our food and drinks were refreshed when we needed them. The main dishes, however were not all up to par. We ordered cheese pizza for our kids. The pizza was the best of the dishes we ordered and was excellent! I ordered the chicken Siciliano and it was good, but the salt was a bit heavy. Not so much that it was inedible, but that it almost became the main flavor of the dish. The main complaint was the beef cannelloni Alfredo. While it seemed cooked, it had an odd flavor, to the point of being inedible. There was a soured tasted to it, but we couldn’t tell if it was the cannelloni pastry, if we were served soured beef, or if it was the Alfredo sauce. Our past experiences here have been excellent in both staff and food, so I was a bit surprised about the taste of this dish. I will still return here to try out more dishes, as this restaurant has had an great track record with us in the past, but just this particular dish...
