Found this place on Trip Advisor as #1 out of 54 restaurants in the area and it did not disappoint. We were greeted and seated right away without a reservation. Garlic bread was immediately brought to our table and our waiter took our drink orders. He came back with our drinks and took our dinner order. Everything was delicious (combo specialty, lobster raviolis, and Ziti de Pomodoro). The chocolate eruption cheese cake was also delicious. Our waiter was courteous and checked on us and refilled drinks before us even having to ask. Highly recommend this restaurant. Facilities were clean and everything appeared to be in good repair. The restaurant was tastefully decorated as well and we were thanked for dining in. As the lady in the other review said, road construction makes it a little challenging to get to but don’t let that deter you. It is worth the extra couple minutes of navigating that construction to eat there and the restaurant is definitely deserving of all 5 stars!

I arrived about 9:00 on a Saturday and was the only customer, which surprised me, because everything was excellent. I had only the anti-pasta and water, because I had been snacking all day and really came just to explore the local restaurant scene a little. The anti-pasta was plentiful and excellent. I asked for Italian dressing, by which I was pleasantly surprised, because it was homemade and delicious, quite different from any other Italian dressing I have had. The waitress said it was made with white vinegar, red vinegar, tomato sauce, and spices. It was not thick, but it wasn’t thin either and was tart and zingy. My only complaint is that the prices I got via Google Maps were outdated and everything was $2.00 more than on Google. However, for what I got, it was still very reasonably priced. I didn’t available myself of the men’s room, but everything I saw was clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

We are here earlier this week and had a great experience! The staff is friendly and attentive, good was delicious and came out quickly! Interior is clean with large dining room - booths and tables. The mozzarella caprese is a personal favorite with slices of fresh mozzarella on top of sliced tomato covered in balsamic dressing and topped with a bell pepper slice. The sliced Italian sausage is also a good option for an appetizer and the tools dipped in marinara are hard to say no to!! Pizza was good, the crust was cooked perfectly - pasta is fresh and tasty - everything is very cheesy! Tiramisu for dessert and your meal will be complete!

I will tell you the bread is excellent. The service is not. We asked for al dente noodles and roasted garlic with our dishes. They brought out mushy noodles with giant, uncooked garlic mixed in. When we mentioned it to our waitress she said the noodles were already cooked this morning (we went at night) and she didn’t know about the garlic. She would get a manager to come talk to us. The manager came and just said I’m the manager and looked at us instead of asking how may I help you. We explained what we had asked for and he said that the noodles were precooked and they wouldn’t cook any more until tomorrow. I asked why the waitress didn’t tell us that when we ordered or why our garlic was not cooked. He asked what can I do? I said nothing, we were done and would eat somewhere else. He grabbed our plates, said you can go and walked off. Flat out rude. Not to mention my beef Ravioli came with 3 raviolis for $11. My husbands spahgetti with meatballs came with 2 meatballs and the first time they brought it out with the wrong type of sauce because the waitress wrote garlic sauce instead of marinara with garlic. That was another $11. Plus the “salad” is two iceberg lettuce leaves and a pinch of cheese. That’s it. Worst experience I’ve had here. It’s normally touch and go with the friendliness of the staff but this was ridiculous. I recommend the Forney location instead. To the rude managers credit though, he didn’t make us pay for the food...

During our unforgettable trip from Louisiana to Dallas, my fiancé and I stumbled upon Napoli’s , and it turned out to be a hidden culinary treasure that we will forever cherish. This charming restaurant exceeded our expectations, immersing us in a world of delectable Italian cuisine that made our journey truly memorable.

As soon as we entered, we were warmly welcomed and embraced by the cozy ambiance, instantly feeling right at home. Our visit coincided with a craving for something exceptional, and that's exactly what we found in their lobster ravioli. It was the perfect dish to share and savor with my beloved, leaving us with a cherished memory of our time together.

In addition to the extraordinary lobster ravioli, we were thrilled to discover that Napoli’s caters to pizza lovers like us. The pizzas struck a flawless balance, offering a tantalizing blend of flavors that satisfied our cravings. The crispy crust acted as a foundation for a symphony of fresh ingredients, resulting in a pizza experience that was nothing short of perfection.

If you find yourself in Dallas, make sure to carve out time to...

Service was good and attentive. Waiters and waitresses made sure we had plenty of garlic bread while we were waiting on our food and drinks were refreshed when we needed them. The main dishes, however were not all up to par. We ordered cheese pizza for our kids. The pizza was the best of the dishes we ordered and was excellent! I ordered the chicken Siciliano and it was good, but the salt was a bit heavy. Not so much that it was inedible, but that it almost became the main flavor of the dish. The main complaint was the beef cannelloni Alfredo. While it seemed cooked, it had an odd flavor, to the point of being inedible. There was a soured tasted to it, but we couldn’t tell if it was the cannelloni pastry, if we were served soured beef, or if it was the Alfredo sauce. Our past experiences here have been excellent in both staff and food, so I was a bit surprised about the taste of this dish. I will still return here to try out more dishes, as this restaurant has had an great track record with us in the past, but just this particular dish...
