Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Terrell

I used to love ordering from Dominos until I received horrible customer service. About a month ago, my household ordered from Dominos. After seeing that our order was "out for delivery" for over an hour we gave them a call. The manager lied and said he was sending it to us right now. We live right down the road from Dominos after about another 30-40 minutes we called again. Again, the manager said it was on the way. THEN another half hour passed us by and still no pizza. I actually was very patient and not once got mad. Pizza Hut had just opened up and it was a Friday or a Saturday so I'm sure Dominos was slammed. So I call a third time and again the manager picks up. I was told it was on the way but I told him that we've heard that several times already and it still hasn't arrived. I nicely asked him if they were just busy or did they forget. I was willing to be very understanding but then he did an annoying sigh on the phone. At the same time, we get a knock on the door, pizza is there and I had him talk to his driver and we ended up getting the pizza for free. However, his attitude was annoyed and he was brushing me off. It was SO disrespectful especially when I was willing to be patient. The pizza was ice cold by the time we received it too.

So, to the jerk who I spoke with that night, way to lose customers. Customer service is number one and it's what keeps your paychecks going. It's also probably not a good idea to have crappy customer service when Terrell just got a Pizza Hut. Seems like y'all have lost your customers and some of your employees to the better pizza joint down the road. Maybe you can learn a thing or two from...

Have ordered multiple times from this location and have never had a problem, we order online and my husband goes and picks it up at the store. Soda is good and cold and the food is hot!

As for how it tastes, domino's has always been my favorite since childhood, they only got better with introducing the seasoned crust. It's not overly greasy and the cheese doesn't seem like it's super fake cheese, it's still not like real mozzarella (I'm sure they would say it is) but it's not as bad as say Rocko's or Pizza Hut. My favorite feature is they have the most flavorful pepperoni and it is what got me hooked on pepperoni pizza as a kid, all the other kids wanted cheese, I wanted pepperoni, however I find myself ordering the Philly cheese steak the most often as an adult, it's so good! We also like to get the spinach and feta with chicken as an additional topping. I also love their pasta breadbowls and stuffed breadsticks, though the new pepperoni breadsticks are a bit boring, I recommend the jalapeno bacon or spinach and feta the most! The brownies are also my favorite dessert because they aren't overpoweringly sweet and are nice and fudgy on the inside, crispy on...

So even though it's not the closest, this location is our usual go-to for dominos and has been great in the past. But our last two trips have been disappointing.

So our order is pretty simple. We get a large Buffalo chicken pizza on thin crust add banana peppers.

We've been getting that same order here forever, but the last two times, it's been garbage.

The first time they goofed they left off the Buffalo sauce completely. It was still edible, just kinda bland.

The next time we ordered it, I thought I'd ask for extra sauce. That way they'd be less likely to forget it and it's Buffalo sauce, can't have too much of a good thing right?

Turns out you really can. They literally doused the pizza. I've never seen someone see "extra sauce" and decide that meant use the entire bottle. It was absurd.

But the worst part was that all that extra sauce was just covering up the fact that they had also burned the pizza badly.

It was inedible, and we haven't been back.
