I normally post positive reviews but this is by far the worst Sonic I have EVER BEEN TO!! I waited about 35 to 40 minutes to get 2 cheese burgers and a kids chicken strip meal (2 chicken strips) Everybody got served before us. When I buzzed in to ask how much longer for my food I was RUDELY answered by ASHLEY, who would not allow me to ask any questions or ask for a refund. She yelled so much and loud that other cars were looking and pulling off. Our food came out as soon as she rudely switched off the intercoms and everything was super cold. Our slushes and sodas had NO ICE WHATSOEVER..JUST STRAIGHT JUICE. Because of her attitude I wasted 25.00 because I did not feel safe eating the food that was sent out. The young lady who bought out our food was super sweet and explained that they only had 3 employee working at the time. I understand that staff can be short but at least warn paying customers if there is a shortage. I sat in my car with a 2 year old hollering at the top of her lungs for 30 minutes. The servers heard her when they were bringing other orders out and asked me if I had the order with the wacky pack but I still waited another 20 minutes after that. I was told the General Manager is out of town and I will say he/she made the worst mistake leaving ASHLEY in charge because I will never return to this location due to piss poor customer service and food that we did not eat because I did not trust anything coming out from Ashley. She definitely needs to be replaced or retrained since she can't handle her job better than what she did today. I work in a stressful position but I would NEVER treat someone the way Ashley did today. DO BETTER GM and make sure your schedule is correct befire you leave next time and do your location a favor and get rid of unprofessional Ashley. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED...
Read moreI usually don't really say any thing about fast food joints, but this Sonic in Terrell really has the worst customer service. When I pulled up and pushed the button it took 2 minutes to answer me and I thought that was OK. I ordered my 2 drinks and it took them 13 minutes to get my order to me once I paid, I thought that was OK because they were busy. I got our drinks and tipped the car hop. Right off the bat we called and said that one of the drinks were wrong. We waited 10 minutes and no replacement came so I called again and told them I need a replacement drink, I wait 10 more minutes and then waved down a car hop and told him. He went inside and in 3 minutes the manager came out and walked up to my car, first thing I ask was where is my drink, she said "I'm sorry sir but we are short handed. I told her I understand thats why I waited for the drinks to come out at first. But when I called and told you that my drink was wrong, I should have been next and the drink replaced asap. I've been waiting 20 minutes for a replacement drink, I handed her the bad drink and left with no drink. 40 minutes to get 1 drink...
Read moreLord knows I love my local Sonic. Go there 2 sometimes 3x a day. That being said, whom ever sets the schedule for evening and weekend shifts needs to be retrained. Today they had most all of their stalls filled and 1 car hop! Buttons going off, customers leaving because they turn off the red button to try and catch up! It's ridiculous. I received my order after after 30 minutes and what I received was not edible. The bag at the bottom was dripping through with grease, the wraps were dripping with grease!!! I ordered a plain burger for my dogs at least they were happy, but they are happy eating crude off the ground!! I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon. What I got was a smashed uncooked bacon and cheese sandwich with grease dripping off of it and bread was burned. I gave it to my dogs, because it was Completely Inedible! Management needs to check into this issue. This is serious.... Everytime this cook is on duty I get food of extremely poor quality. Your gonna lose my business to the other local Sonic on the weekends. I've had enough! I might as well have wadded up my $5 and thrown it...
