The waitress didn't bring what was asked for then brought part of our order. When asked if we needed anything and we said yes, it was never brought. She had taken our order of 3 and went to a table that hadn't been complete when we were seated to take there order. She continued to wait on them even when she had only brought part of our order. Fajitas wo any tortillas or the set up and only a taco wo the rice and bean. The food was so poor that my 4 year old, who loves tacos, would not eat it. It tasted it and there was something in w the meat that tasted bad. The refried beans had no flavoring and the rice was just as bad. The fajitas were just as bad. The only meat on the skillet worth eating was the shrimp. The chicken had no flavor either. I couldn't find the beef and the ribs were 7 bone in steak and was tough.
The chips and salsa was good. We had to go to the register to get our bill. We told the cashier about the tacos and she spoke to our waitress in Spanish and rang up the bill.

Read moreThis was my favorite place. We place weekly to go orders and lately the service has been terrible. The lady that answers the phone has always been short and makes me feel like I am bothering her... no problem I can get over that. What I can not get over is when my order was completely wrong (we did not notice until we got home) and I called and she said "the cooks don't read what I write down". Oh ok, well my order was completely wrong and her next comment was "Well, what can I say?" We have had several instances when she has been rude but, we just overlook it. My husband refused to go back but, we tried it again and that's what we got. I can't handle rude and just blatantly not caring, The food is either really good or not so good. So it is a hit or miss sometimes. With to-go orders you get less than 1/2 small bag of chips no matter how many entrées you order. But, you can go in and eat 5 baskets.... Read moreWe have been dining here since it was PD's. We have tried many of the meals on the menu and haven't been disappointed in any. However on our last visit on 3/26/16 we were very disappointed to read a sign that stated employees could not give credits on any items purchased, that customers must pay for whatever they are served. This seems harsh since no one is perfect, and sometimes things go wrong. I mentioned my disappointment to the cashier and was told the owner felt they were losing too much money because of all the credits that were being given. As someone that worked in the food service industry for over a decade, giving refunds for bad meals doesn't happen often. They seem to have a problem, and i don't believe it has to do with the food as it has always been very good. It a sad day when an enterprise blames it's customers for it's own shortcomings. We may go back once more to see if they take down those disturbing signs. Or Maybe We WON'T. If we do go and find those signs still posted it WILL BE OUR...
