Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tewksbury

I am losing faith in Domino's especially this location. I ordered from this location 2 weeks ago because I was having an issue with the online payment. the lady on the phone mistakenly took my payment for a different order and when found out that they had done that they never called me to fix they just canceled my order. I reordered my order 1 1/2 hours after I called the first time to order and was told that I would receive 2 pizzas or get refunded for the error and that it would be tied to my phone #. I said that I wanted to have the future pizza's and not the refund. I called back today and spoke to the same gentleman that told me that I would get the pizza's 2 weeks ago he now is telling me that he never said that and that he would have to talk to management. Oh and the pizzas that were delivered the last time were not even hot after waiting over 2 hours from when sent the first order over.

I seriously would ask that the owner contact me and discuss this with me and I may reconsider changing this review. I did not order from here today as the assistant manager was rude and didn't...

Very bad customer service and very rude store manager. I placed an order for delivery (4 Medium Pizzas + 1 order for 8 Piece brownies = ~ $ 50.00). The person who took the order didn't add brownies to the order and hence that missed in my delivery. when I called the store, they said there is no order of brownies. I clearly explained him that I did place the order and its not my fault if you guys ring it in and argument went forever but this guy who claimed store manager didn't make the situation any better. I asked him, what is my option and he asked me to place a separate order and the delivery charge is additional, I was not happy with it as its not my fault. but I said, ok Go-ahead and take the order and he came back saying that - the minimum order for delivery is $12.00. So, he wants me to order more food to get my brownies from my initial which was not take properly by one of his employees. he really made my day miserable when I have guests in my place. I wouldn't recommend this place with such a bad customer service and a rude store manager...

worst experience ever!!! i called in my order. i spoke to the rudest woman EVER on the phone. i didn’t want to even order my food after speaking to her but i was really hungry. and as i pulled up to the dominos i believe it was the same woman that was just sitting in her car smoking her cigarette. i stayed in my car waiting because it wasn’t quite 20 minutes when i arrived to the restaurant. as i walked in the store the woman had walked in a couple minutes before me. she was on the phone with a customer just as rude to them as she was to me. then hung up the phone and didn’t even wash her hands and/ or put on gloves before making food. so...
