Burger King — Restaurant in Texarkana

The store was mostly clean, and the staff was friendly enough, but the food/order situation needed some help.

Firstly, some other woman came up before I ordered to complain about her order being wrong. It sounded like her complaint was that her fried fish wasn't properly fried. I may have gotten the details wrong, but that's what I got from overhearing her speaking to the staff.

My order was wrong in that I ordered 2 small and 1 large fry. I was shorted the large fry, but took it to go and didn't check before leaving, so that was that. I also tried to get a soda, but the ice dispenser seemed to be empty and all the nozzles put out more soda water than syrup, so the drink was bitter and nasty. I got lemonade instead, which was fine, but not what I wanted. They also had signs up stating they aren't selling side salads until further notice, for whatever reason they had for that.

Also, the menu board was busted and stuck in a failed Linux boot, so half of the menu was missing. That's not a big deal, but worth...

I went threw drive threw attempted to order (4) 3 for 3 meal deals on August 16 2020 after waiting in drive threw line and repeated my order 5 times. I requested to get the manager to the window and the manager on duty at 730pm was extremely rude told me she could not here me so o raised my voice so she could here the order threw the window then she told me I did not have to tell and closed the window not taking my order making me and 3 other people go else where to eat. If this is the kind of employees you hire do your company a favor and shut down. I am not a dog. As a paying customer with cash in hand. I expect to be treated with some respect. I will no longer eat at burger king any branch this is not the first encounter I have had...

Sooooooo……apparently Burger King stopped representing their slogan “Have It Your Way”. My family and I were traveling and stopped here…. I asked to add mayo and onions on my burger. 1st: they didn’t put either on it so I sent it back… 2nd: they added mayo but no onions so I sent it back…. 3rd: I said thank you because I just knew they’d added the onions so I drove off and because I was driving and was drinking my coffee I was going to eat my burger after I finished my coffee ….. I took a bite and I looked and lo and behold those HARDWORKING sarcastically stated young men put one slice of onion on my burger… one… woooww! Go home if you don’t want to do do your job!!!! Customer Service isn’t for you heartless uncaring...
