Well, we decided to break from the norm and take a short road trip. It's less than a two hour drive, and the rain had finally moved on. So...let's get to it. I mean, it's Taco Bell. You either like it, or you don't. Really no in-between about it. We like, dare I say, love it? We have no issues running for the border, if you know what I mean. Anyway, when my mom was pregnant with me, she craved Taco Bell bean burritos with extra onions and green sauce instead of red sauce. If you're young, ask me what this green sauce is about, and I'll tell ya. So, she ate them a lot and that's where I got my love of the Taco Bell bean burritos. Unfortunately hey don't have the green sauce like they used to. But, I digress. This Taco Bell is literally "on the border" of Arkansas and Texas. Stationary on the Trxas side, the entrance/exit isn't very easy to use, but you can manage if you are patient. They offer a military discount, MUST show ID. Now, my wife told me they have a pretty good steak quesadilla. So I decided to try it out. Yep, she wasn't lying. Pretty darn good. Get it with extra onions and you'll be good to go. I also enjoy their crunchy tacos...it just seems like you have to et them hot and fresh or you might be a little disappointed later. A handful of sauce and I'm set. I'm going to finish up with this: I wish I had caught the young lady's name, but nonetheless, she was an absolute gem. Great customer-service with a good smile and attitude. Yes, I would definitely recommend this location. And, yes, we will visit again when we're down there.

Went To The One On StateLine, Texas Side. The Service Is Outstanding, So Friendly And Courteous. Always Smiling And Treat You With A Smile And Gratitude.. Food Was Fresh And Hot, Made Exactly As Ordered. The Staff Is Amazing, Great Atmosphere, Hospitality. All Around An Awesome Visit. Very Well Ran Store. Very Clean Inside And Out. Will Definitely Be Back. I Went Wednesday Evening And My Order Was Completely Wrong, The Cashier Was Confused And There We're 3 Employees Trying To Figure Out My Order, No Thank You, I'm Sorry Nothing. Need To Train Employees Better, Especially At The Drive Thru, Plus The Screen Was Out. FYI

Given that the other I comment on and give compliments to all the time is obviously a whole lot better than this one specifically because of the comparison of the EXACT SAME FOOD this is just poorly made and not even what I was expecting!the first one is a comparison to the other 2 from the exact same spot and they were both correctly made, not just thrown together

I am not one usually to complain but I have NEVER had a worse experience at any Resteraunt EVER before and that is saying a lot!!! After spending literally all day at TC (13 hr.day with my last class ending at 9:20pm) I had to make a Wal-Mart run before heading home. I pulled into Taco Bell Stateline and proceeded to be asked by the lady on the Speaker first could I back away from the speaker while I decided (I said sure) then was told the were out of Beef and it would be 20 min. (Not ideal but doable) then was asked to leave and come back 20 minutes later (instead of pulling up). I asked if i could place the order an wait and I was told NO! So I backed up and went inside and asked to speak to the Manager only to find out it was actually the Manager Tasha whom I had been speaking to the whole time. (If this is management how must the other employees act) when I asked her why I was unable to place the order and pay for it her response was (What if something happened and they were unable to fill it?) I was LITERALLY THE ONLY CAR THERE AT ALL AT 10:45) By this time I was approaching the end of my patience, I Asked her how she would feel if she had been working All day long and was treated this way? That I had never been at any place with a drive through that before this unprofessional and asked if there were any itger Taco Bells in town dtill open? (Her response No they are closed) So I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. But FYI the Taco Bell on St. Michaels drive was awesome and i got my Taco after All and Their Manager was a wonderful woman who appologized for the other managers...

My husband drove through this evening. Our order was not at all what he ordered. He wasn’t able to verify the order on the screen, they just told him to pull around. He ordered the same thing he orders for us every time we go to Taco Bell. 3 Crunchy Taco Supremes got rung up as 3 Crunchy Beef Tacos. I guess that MIGHT have been okay, however, there was barely a spoonful of beef on each taco and a hint of cheese, it was basically just 3 taco shells. Had I taken all of the ingredients and combined them onto one taco, it still would not have filled the inside of the taco shell. Not acceptable. He also ordered 2 cheese and chips. There was enough cheese in BOTH CUPS to accommodate a total of 5 chips. He also ordered 2 drinks. They didn’t even ring them up and he had to go back through, reorder the drinks and pay for them. He ordered 20 mild sauce and was rung up for them and got home with a total of 5 in the sack. No one bothered to call his order back to him or put it on the screen for him to verify and catch the mistakes. He was told to pull up to the window for his total. It might not seem like a big deal to y’all but he had just brought me home from the hospital and had nothing to eat all day because he couldn’t leave or they wouldn’t let him back in. He was starving and after spending almost $20 on food at your store is now in the kitchen making dinner since basically all that was edible were 2 of 7...
