Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Texarkana

I have come to this establishment twice each time my food wasn't made properly. Today was the icing on the cake. The overly non professional homosexual cashier was distastefully full of attitude and highly disrespectful, I tried numerous times to communicate with this individual yet he still tried to make me take a Pizza that was not made properly and denied me of a refund of my very own money. And then "called the police on me " as if I did something wrong by exercising my rights to request a refund. How can a cashier take a custom order, get the order (all types of wrong) and try to force you to take food that WAS NOT prepared to your liking? How is this ok? Last time I checked the customer is always right...I would never recommend anyone to this "establishment" ever! Not unless you're fine with not having a say so in the way that your food is prepared...I truly feel like this was a racial attack. I will never purchase food from this place ever again in life!!!! Not even if my life depended on it!!!! Not to mention I'm pregnant and I just wanted a Pizza that was prepared to my liking instead. I got yelled at, talked over , denied the option to correct my food, denied a refund of my very own money and threatened with the police when I did...

The two stars are not the fault of the workers, I work in retail and understand the holidays is difficult whenever you are short staffed. They should have had at least three workers. It is the holidays and families are bound to order pizza. The rush led to a quite crowded waiting area. It took around fourty minutes to get two extra-most-bestest with regular crust and an ICB. Even after that our order may have been mixed up I suppose and we got an over cooked regular crust extra-most-bestest and a flat bread pepperoni pizza- also half over cooked. The woman working the register was handling it well but was rude about two boys who were in a rush to get back home. They had been there longer than us and left probably ten minutes before us. I suppose under different circumstances this location isn't that bad. However, the service tonight...

Get some better employees for real. First of all, while I was waiting to order, all of the employees kept looking at me from the back but not one came to the front. When someone did come to the front it was a girl who was on her phone talking about what seemed to be an interview for another job! She just stared at me while I was waiting for her to take my order. Then while I was in the middle of my order, she kept slowly walking back to the kitchen. When she was done she gave me an ugly look and said “you’re good.” I said “No, I’d like my receipt.” To which she gave me another ugly look and gave me my receipt. Not to mention, for extra icing on the cake, the lady in the back who was making pizza was putting the cheese on them with...
