The open time says 7am. I went at 7, and the person inside said they were not opened. If there has been a change in opening times, the owner should do an edit on Google search to reflect that time change. Otherwise people who are schedule driven won’t waste their time. On top of that the opening person that worked on May 19th, 2023 had the biggest attitude. The little girl she brought with her was sweet. This lady overfilled my drink and I accidentally it spilled it while I was trying to clean the excess off the cup. She asked if I was going to throw the cup away in a demanding way as if I was her child, and I said “do I work here? who works here”? Told her “you’ve had an attitude ever since I got here” she said “damn right I have an attitude”. I asked her what was her name and she said “figure it out, how bout that”, then her little girl told me her name lol but i was too low for me to actually catch it. To the owner PLEASE hire or schedule morning people who are equipped to work in the mornings, there are such people. Some just aren’t morning people, fit to work these shifts. The person in front of us left and another person walked in way after us that apparently had an online order and she got waited on before we did. Then the worker went back to making more online orders and still did not acknowledge us standing there. My wife asked if we were gonna get waited on or not and the guy turns around finally and asks "what yall trying to get?" Really no sorry for the wait how may i help you? What yall trying to get? Learn simple customer service and atleast acknowledge your customer's presence let them know you see them waiting and will be with them when you finish the task you are on. Read moreI encountered two people here. When I entered and came to the register, the first person that asked what I needed was actually very nice. The second one (in the picture) who came from the back was very rude! As she started to rudely ask me (again) what I wanted, a roach was walking on the counter. She then smashed it with a napkin and continued to try to take my order. She didn't attempt to get any sanitizer, bleach, or ANYTHING to clean off the counter. By this time (I started recording) a couple of other smaller roaches started walking around and at that point I addressed it and just walked out. I was done! I stopped off the highway from a long drive to get my favorite smoothie for a boost to finish out the rest of my drive.
