If I could give them no stars, I definitely would. The girl who works here in the mornings is insanely rude. She ignores me, acting like she doesn't see me when i come to the window to pick up what i ordered on the Starbucks app. She always messes up my drink, even though it is the same thing every day. I never know what I'm going to get because they always make the drinks differently, even though it's all the same recipe. They should really train their "Baristas" better
EDIT 2 DAYS LATER When I went to pick up my Starbucks today, there was somebody placing an order at the speaker, so I passed them to the window since I had placed my order on the app 15 minutes before and knew it was ready. I sat there staring through the window at my drink as the same girl looked at me with a disgusting look. She was taking the other person's order and when she was done, she turned around and started making that drink, knowing that it was me who had just ordered the drink on the app and that it was my drink sitting right there. She purposefully again tried to ignore me, I will be finding out her name and speaking with corporate, as my company does many things with Starbucks. I am so fed up...
Read moreDid a Mobile order this morning, went inside and was looking on the counter where all the drinks and food were that was made waiting for people to pick up clearly for mobile pick up…A barista named Carter rudely asked “are you looking for a mobile order” I said yes I am she said okay it will be in here (the area I was looking in) I just wasn’t touching every single cup and moving them around to read the name, and I responded back yes that is why I am looking and I hear the girl next to hear gasp and say ooo (as if I was rude) as I stood there waiting for my order because it wasn’t clearly there Carter decided to just rudely look me up and down rolling her eyes with her nasty attitude look on her face. I did nothing wrong. Her coworker that gasp asked what the name was on the order I told her my name and she finished making my order set it on the counter and they both said “have a blessed day” as if they really meant it. Read moreAt first, I was not going to leave a review, but after thinking about it, I feel compelled to. I had an odd experience at this location yesterday in the drive-through. I came with my mother who has a permanent stutter from a stroke and almost fatal seizure. She was struggling to pronounce the name of the drink, but it was still very legible. While she was saying it incorrectly, you could clearly understand what she was trying to order. The first person on the speaker appeared to be making fun of her. They kept repeating the drink back the way, my mother was saying it, and stating they did not have that drink. Another person jumped on to what I assume was a manager saying there was a miscommunication the employee just thought they were sold out and they received a shipment. After getting home I thought about it more and that just did it makes sense because the employee was repeating a drink they didn’t have.
