This Starbucks seems like a mess. Waited for almost 20 min on 2 orders of egg white bites and was then told that they only had 1 left. A simple refund then took 5 min on the register to complete. Seems like there’s no communication in place for the employees as I was asked twice what my order was and if I received it. Why would I be standing there waiting if I had gotten my order already?? Went through the drive thru for my mobile order, I gave the order info at the speaker and then the lady at the window again had to ask what my order was and then proceeds to tell me next time I should have all the info ready at the speaker so they know what to hand to me. Um what???? The only reason I go to this location is because the one on Richmond rd is temporarily Closed for renovation. They are a much better functioning Starbucks location. Stopped by here and stayed awhile on business trip.
Baristas were friendly and accommodating. You can tell since they opened it has been accepted well by the locals.
Once you step inside, you will find modern lighting. My personal favorite is by Pick-Up counter.
They offer good amount of seating on the left side. Against a window, leather comfy bench with seven tables and additional seven chairs. In the middle of the room you’ll find three round tables with 6 leather and wooden chairs.
Outdoor seating has plenty accommodations, as well. At main entrance you’ll find six tables with twelve chairs. On the side of the patio, they offer seven tables with fourteen chairs.

When I tried to order two drinks with cold foam, the barista told me it was “impossible” to put the order in—something I’ve never experienced at any other Starbucks. It was clear she simply did not want to make the drinks, and instead of offering a solution or even basic courtesy, she ignored me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience.
Cold foam is a standard option at every Starbucks I’ve been to, so the refusal felt unprofessional and unnecessary. If a customer requests something the store is fully capable of making, the staff should be willing to help rather than dismiss the request.
I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve better service and respect.
