The Hideout — Restaurant in Texarkana

I was only there for a few minutes I went into the restroom but the next day I could not find my wallet anywhere and I contacted them through Facebook and they message me back almost immediately and working completely helpful in the end I ended up finding my wallet elsewhere but they even called or messaged back to check in and make sure I had found my wallet and to let me know that they had been looking for it and had not found it yet. At that point I told them I found it I was not even a paying customer and if they treated me this kindly I can only imagine what they would do for a paying customer I'm definitely recommend going there as the stuff our friendly and the atmosphere seemed pretty chill, too. Went on a Thursday. Nice pool tables and various other fun activities. Very attentive staff that are friendly and make sure that you are having a good time. Drinks were good. Sound system and lighting were good. Multiple floors and a roof patio with a smoking area were accessible while we were there. However, I don't know if they always keep the upper areas open. Music had variety of the most popular genres and there is a large dance floor. Free parking was available within a few feet of the entrance but it looks like it fills up fast. Everytime we go there's more people and everytime we've had a blast! It's a great concept with the two different bar areas and balcony overlooking downtown. My only complaint would be the slow service at the bar downstairs. The bartenders are great, there's just not enough of them for busy...
