Staff and management are RUDE They treat you as though they are giving you free food. People pay their money to get what you want to give them versus what they are simply asking for. DONT ask for anything outside exactly the way THEY want to make your sandwich because they get upset if you tell them you want light bread instead of dark hard bread.

Disappointed my location on stadium drive is closed. I called three nearby locations they all gave me incorrect information. I called this store and she said she delivers up to drake and the west main location is supposed to cover the rest of stadium. I called west main and they said no they will not deliver. So I guess no jimmy johns or delivery for me ever again. If a location closes you need to compensate for that delivery area. You are losing customers and sales. Went to this location to order multiple subs for my family’s business employees, during the normal lunch rush. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I had to order through their drive thru. I ordered 7 different sandwiches, most of them with different alterations to each sub. They were all correct and came out in less than 3-4 minutes tops. I appreciate the wonderful service I received today. All employees were happy to help me and never once made me feel like this order was an inconvenience. You all rock!
