Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Texas City

Good food, but way too slow. If there are more than 10 patrons in the restaurant, either be ready to wait 25+ mins or go elsewhere if time is a factor. This goes for whether you've ordered a sandwich or something more extravagant. ... I've been waiting here for over 25 mins now for a simple turkey sandwich and this timing seems to consistently be the case... Maybe the drive thru is faster......

I love schlotzkys and go like every two days for my lunch break since I work across the street. But today I went and there was no one there. Me and a few other cars were in the drive thru. The open sign was on, but no one ever came to the speaker and when u drive around, theres no one around. Sign hours said 10am, I went at 11am. No one answered phone. Hope...

Sandwiches were ok at this location. It was our first time here and the restaurant was a bit dirty and half the drinks were just water and no sweet tea. I think there was only 2 employees when we walked in. As we were leaving 2 more employees walked in with a soccer team of kids and started talking about how messed up their schedules were.....
