They are extremely slow but today I've only waited 30 min for 3 shaved ice. I'm a regular, so the reason I said only 30 min is because believe me, it's been times I've waited over an hour. That's when it was worth waiting. Today, as I was ordering, I told the person for the last few times, there has not been enough syrup, she told me that's the way it's suppose to be. I said I'm not paying over 4 bucks for just plain shaved ice so could I please get more syrup. She said sure. Just as the last few previous visit the ice was just plain white. Mind you this was a blue coconut/ banana (no reason to see white ice). Please don't order a clear flavor, because if they're just putting enough colored flavors to cover the ice, now with a clear flavor they're estimating they covered the ice (definitely no flavor). The worst thing about it is that the manager/owner was there in his black SUV (this is how often I go there). I often see him unloading coolers of ice and other products while I'm in line. It seems to me he ought to listen in on the orders sometimes. If he had, he would have heard my complaint and made sure I was satisfied this time by getting enough syrup. This suppose to be a quality chain, but I could go down the street to the generic competition and get better for less. Also I feel as a manager/owner, that person should hang around and pitch in or even just to make sure things run smoothly when there's a long line, instead of dropping supplies off and leaving. I tried calling several times to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of syup on the shaved ice but the phone line is always busy. So here it is, I did the next best thing by posting a review although I would have rathered speak...
Read moreI used to come this location frequently until I moved. Today we were in the area and decided to stop my on the way home. BIG MISTAKE!! We ordered threw the drive thru. We get to the window and guy working the register tells us our order takes our card and asks if we want a receipt. We tell him yes. He runs the card hands the card back to us and walks away. A few minutes later another employee comes to the window and tells us our total again. We tell him we already paid and he asks us for a receipt. I told him he didn't give us the receipt and I show him on the bank app that I paid. He then informs me I paid for the wrong order!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So he says he will refund it and we have to pay again. We pay for the SECOND time and then he hands my husband his Piccadilly with maybe 5 pickles in the entire thing! Then hands him mine with no top. I ask why there was no top and he says oh you wanted a top. Yes I wanted a top. They used to ask if you wanted a top or flat top and they would upgrade it to the next size if you wanted it flat. Not mine I ordered regular it came in a regular cup with no top. He closes the window and comes back with the large cup with a top and the regular cup inside. He hands it to us closes the window and we have to wait until he comes back to ask for straws and spoons. I used to love this location. We were there nightly but we probably will not be back...
Read moreA bunch on immature kids work here at the moment. Drive up to pick up an online order. It was really dim inside. Sign was off. Thought they were closed but saw two kids (workers) running a around inside. Saw a sign on the door that said due to lack of staff it was drive thru only. As soon as I started to back up they pulled on the light to the open sign. I let my window down and went to the drive through. As Hi drove up one of the girls and the guy started both at the same time yelling over and over “welcome to Bahama bucks what can we do to help you trying to talk over each other and laughing. “ I didn’t even bother to speak because they would not stop talking… Then one of the other girls working in the store yelled wow that was real mature guys. On the speaker. When I got to the drive-through window I said “well that was a little rude” and the girl said “yeah sorry.” Business may be slow because you don’t have enough workers but I think I would rather have less workers with good manners who are mature, than more workers that act like the kids that are...
