Fashion house 5 — Local services in Jersey Village

This is a horrible establishment all the associates are rude and just watch you don’t offer for help until you look irritated. Another thing a girl finally offered to help to get a white dress down because i was just going to get it myself she got mad and said i can’t do that so she brought it down. Then i got it and it was for my mother since it was her 50th birthday coming up and then when my mom was looking forward to trying the white dress on the lady quickly said you can’t try that on she then said “why can’t i” she then said “cause it’s white” we then said what do you mean because every other place that we hav tried dresses on even at bigger establishments they always let us try on everything. She was very rude and they never gave an explanation to that i will mever be going into here again rude employees and cheap material...

Unpleasant Experience- I am well aware I am not the targeted demographic for this store being a middle aged woman however I was looking for some last minute sandals for a vacation. I was immediately greeted by 2 assistants and a security guard, and then approached by a 3rd to ask if I needed help, after help was given I was then followed closely by yet more assistants in a manner that immediately put me off from actually looking at any of the clothes. Having been in stores of a similar ilk in Houston - Trendmall, Darwin, Justin etc I have never experienced such invasive and aggressive sales assistants. Absolutely loved shopping at Fashion House! The store is full of super cute pieces, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Natalie was incredibly helpful in finding outfits that matched my style—she really took the time to make sure I felt confident in what I picked.
