Burlington — Local services in Jersey Village

Burlington has a good array of items to purchase for really decent prices. I mean there is everything from small electronics, home goods, baby gear, luggage, kitchen items, clothes galore, shoes, beauty, perfumes, cologne, toys, purses, art and more. So it is legit a one stop shop if you are buying for different folks with varying gift desires without breaking the bank. They keep the store pretty orderly (especially compared to the Ross that's nearby). The shoes are nice, sometimes a bit displaced -- like size 7 in the size 9 or 6 aisle, but it's not too terrible to find what you want. There CAN BE a line at this location so come with a lot of patience 😆 I try to go when most people are busy doing other things so the line is not too bad. Despite the sometimes long wait line (if planned right can be avoided) and the annoyance of not being able to take the carts outside of the store 😉 -- I completely recommend this store for shopping. They also take apple pay here as well...

Please train your salesclerk. I made a return today and was given my refund amount, which was supposed to be credit to my card. Following I made a purchase and the clerk did an exchange and not a refund.

NEVER take the liberty of exchanges WITHOUT asking the customer. If it weren't so late, I would have made the clerk reverse the sales to give me the refund.

I DO NOT EVER want a store credit, but refunded the same method of payment.

No one wants a store credit to keep shopping there.

Clean up your store, clean the wheels on the cart, sweep the floors, hang your lengthy clothes probably so they don't drag on the filthy floor, and vacuum that filthy rug in the front of the store.

I love the selection at the store! Mrs. Teresa is awesome and does her best to keep the store looking nice! She’s always busy busy trying to make it convenient for customers! It’s hard to keep a store of this magnitude neat but she does do her best! I appreciate hard working staff like her!

I love the decor in this location! They’ve changed the store and the shoes are closer on the right side of the store and I like that as well. There open until 12 & they have layaway! Definitely worth the look around, I ALWAYS ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING 😃
