Bahama Buck's - Magnolia — Restaurant in Texas

They were very nice, but I drove from Montgomery since the one there isn’t open yet, and the ice wasn’t fluffy at all. My kids and I drove to the Kroger parking lot and scraped off the whole top of our’s to get to more flavor lol. I didn’t notice the condensed milk, but maybe it was in there. It just seemed like the ice itself had such a strong flavor to it, like stale ice from an ice maker at home or something. Since I drove there and spent $16-ish, I didn’t want to waste it so I brought it home and added cold brew coffee and coconut creamer. It helped some. The kids were also bummed they didn’t get an umbrella and they haven’t had Bahama Bucks in a long time, so it was kind of disappointing as far as that goes. Maybe this location is just different from the one we used to go to in Spring or Tomball. Also can only use the drive thru, which is interesting. Didn’t want to give less stars, because they were nice, and maybe there’s a reason for why it...

This was an example of what happens when you let teenagers work in a store unattended. First off we never were greeted walking into the store. Second we ordered and one of them was dropped on the floor on accident nobody said hey would you like another one I noticed your young kid accidentally dropped it . Personally i would have offered to make her one right away. Third I was shorted on my. Aqui bowl was definitely shortened on portion . When they finally got someone out to clean up the mess mind you took about 5 minutes for it to happen. One girl came out while everyone else stood around she asked for help three times while everyone stood around they finally brought her a mop bucket . Just absolutely horrible customer service . My daughter was like all they are doing is standing around in the back doing nothing. It was a great teaching moment I told her that is an example of how you do work for someone. No wonder it was dead on a nice day...

This is the first time we have been to Bahama Bucks. This was June 6 at around 5:45. It was my wife, 6 year old son, and 4 year old daughter.

There were 2 young men behind the counter (unfortunately I do not know their names). They were very friendly and courteous. They greeted us, were very patient while my children decided their flavors, smiled, and provided just a positive attitude.

When my wife and children went to sit down, they came over and promptly cleaned the tables. When the order was ready, they brought it over with a smile.

Then, when we were finished, they said goodbye and thanked us for coming in. I just wanted to share the positive experience, as it just seems like service is not what it used to be. Also, I wanted to share a positive, as I feel people by and large only share the negatives. We will definitely be returning. My kids loved...
