I had expected a much higher standard of service, especially considering LuLu Moon has 5 stars. I visited a little over a week ago.
First, on the day of my initial appointment my chain was lost, so I was offered a discount and had to reschedule for the inconvenience. I was understanding because mistakes happen.
However, when I went to the appointment the discount mentioned was not offered, and the price of the chain was raised. The prices online do not reflect the price of the chain once at the appointment. I was expecting the price to be what was listed on the website. I would have appreciated some transparency of the price change prior to my appointment.
Secondly, Haille assured me that if my chain was too tight, I could reach out to re-size it. As this was the issue, I reached out a little over a week ago, and I still have not received a response or solution. Unfortunately, the handling of my issue left me feeling unheard and frustrated. I had to go to another jeweler to have it re-sized.
