Tried Belle's Kitchen for brunch on a Sunday about 11am. Crowd was kinda heavy but there were a few empty tables on the patio so my friend and I sat outside. I ordered the waffle platter with Xtra crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, and a side of hash browns. My friend ordered the Alfredo mushrooms and the Santa fe omelet with Xtra veggies. My friend does not eat meat so we double and triple checked that the omelet did not come with meat. 50 mins or so pass, still no food. Wakes comes by to refill drink, we inquire about food and she states the kitchen is backed up. We reiterate how long we've been waiting, she goes in and immediately comes out with our food. My food was cooked to perfection and tasted pretty good. My friend enjoyed the Alfredo mushrooms. She started eating the omelet and said she tasted meat. The waitress came over to check on usband my friend asked again about meat being in the omelet and the waitress said there wasn't any. My friend tasted another piece and insisted there was sausage in it. After breaking it down, we did discover little chunks of sausage in there. I went Inside to use the restroom, came back outside, and the waitress had taken both my plates (which I was clearly still eating on) and disposed of them. I had to ask them to remake my food, which they did no problem. The did comp my friend's meal as well. Although the service was slow and my friend's order was completely wrong, my food was still good and overall it was priced well. I would give them...

I've been a regular of Belle's Kitchen for a few years and used to like it a lot, but in the last year or so the diner has been steadfastly going downhill. It's still a cozy mom-and-pop kind of place and the food is still ok, but it's the service that's the big problem. I don't know if they are understaffed or if it's a management issue, but waiters are often inattentive and service is slow. The place is always packed and always busy, so it is apparently popular, but over time I did not see any of that translate into more manpower or better service to match the rise in clientele. Servers always seem overworked and on every recent visit were forced to apologise for long waiting time and occasional neglect. When it takes about 15 minutes to serve a cup of coffee (from constantly working coffee maker, nothing fancy mind you) and 20 minutes for OJ or hot chocolate you know something's not right. Even the simplest of the meals, like scrambled eggs or pancakes, will easily take at least an hour and they even have warnings about being too busy and long waiting times on each table now, which is kinda crass. So if you go mostly for socialising, rather than food and service, and have an extra couple of hours to spare then this might be the place. Otherwise it might be wiser to drive an extra 10 minutes to a better managed restaurant, fortunately there are other options...

DO NOT visit this place! I went on a Saturday morning with my family. The service was terrible and the food. While ordering we asked a question about substitutions, her (the owner) reply was "didnt you read the menu". How rude is that?!!! They then served our food cold. When I addressed the manager about it she became very upset that I criticized her food. She was adamant that her cooks are great at what they do. So why were we serverd cold food? She could've just corrected it right? You would think she would have the best customer service and try to win over the customer, right? Nope!!! Definitely didn't happen. She became so defensive that she began to brag about all her other restaurants she had, showed me all the tickets she sold for the day, etc... 🤔👀👀

To top it off she proceeds to say "I never want to see you in my restaurant ever again. I do not want customers like you here in my restaurant." How unprofessional is that!!!! All because I was unhappy about the service and my food was cold. A lot of my patients have gone to this establishment and I will be making sure they don't go there in the future. I would hate for them to experience the same treatment I received. Not sure how people can continue to support an establishment when the owner doesn't care about how the customer feels or cannot take criticism when her food and service...

My journey here started with coffee I like black, we’ll just coffee good but not great, I think brunch/breakfast restaurants should offer great options of coffee, first hiccup, no high chair allowed where we sat, I ask for the biscuits and gravy, absolutely delicious good portions bacon bits on top generous amount of gravy but not too much it was tasty, I ordered the chilaquiles I don’t eat eggs I don’t like it, I had to pretend I have allergies to eggs for some places to respect my food choices everything was absolutely good refried beans correctly seasoned the salsa over the chips was spicy real spicy if don’t like spicy food I don’t recommend but if you like it the amount of spicy was perfect I have a big tolerance for spicy though potatoes with onions and fajita beef was just a perfect combination on my plate Wife asked for egg Benedicts I think the price is right for what we had my son don’t eat too much he had some pancakes and he barely touched it but we had a bowl of fruit that the server was happy to help us choose only berries thanks I’ll definitely come back, a little disappointed at the end with the bill, we was charged for a juice I didn’t ordered (it was deleted) and also were charged for using plastic money 3.5% pictures added

I went in for breakfast, but I ended up having lunch. I had the beef enchilada plate with verde sauce, yellow rice, refried beans, a side salad with raspberry vinegarette dressing and coffee. Neither the tortilla shells nor refried beans were heavy. I hadn't had Mexican food in some time, so I really enjoyed my meal. The table service was A+, every body was friendly and accommodating. The meal came quick and was served up hot! They do charge extra for specialty creamers ( almost $2.00 for hazelnut or French Vanilla). The only thing that disappointed me was that when leaving the restaurant we had to maneuver around piles of trash from where someone started sweeping the floor, but got distracted with doing something else prior to picking up trash and completing the job.

Brunch is such a classic Sunday meal shared with loved ones and when you dine at Belle's kitchen it feels just like that. The space is cozy and inviting with all the hanging plants and floor to ceiling windows. Our servers were Phyllis and Jose, but it seemed like anytime another worker walked by they asked if we needed anything. It was nice to be catered to. The food is made from scratch and well portioned. YOU WILL NOT LEAVE HUNGRY 😊. If you're looking for something lighter, you should most surely try the taco salad. The shell is obviously optional, but it makes the salad pop. The prices are highly affordable so we can't wait to come back again and try one of the cobblers...or bread pudding...or cake! 😋 Thank you guys for working hard to make your customers smile.
