I literally had the worst experience here. I received box boho braids. Which was half did rushed and the curly parts is already coming out on Day 2– it was more hair that came out from what the picture shows I threw the rest in trash already, but I had an appointment a she was late. She didn’t even greet me. Just the nastiest attitude. It was a misunderstanding somewhere with her knowing my appointment time but I had an appointment booked so I’m not sure how she thought that. She didn’t want to do my hair because it was short my hair is 3in short but nowhere does it states anything at short hair requirements. I also did call just to confirm just so I wouldn’t waste my time being turned around when I got there. The whole time the was talking in French which I understood the language they was talking about me. The price was 180 deal with $40 boho she wanted to charge me $300 for smed braids I didn’t have a problem with it I just didn’t bring that in cash for her I was set on one price and was well prepared with hair. This lady is so unprofessional! I asked her ahead of time about my appointment time and date like a week, the day before I text her to confirm and she read the text and never responded. This would have been my 2nd time getting my hair braided. Her work is nice but her SISTER does better braids. My first booking with her before a big trip she cancelled then when I told her I needed the service she gave me a late evening time and had her sister do my hair. I only went back because the work is good. But I can find someone good who is professional and honest. She up charges me and is late. If you want to play game and get a run around book with her.
