Very disappointing. Service was fair, but the food is pretty bad. If you want good tasting food, you're better off at Bailey's. The broken yolk's idea of a Denver omelette is to cook a generic no item omelette, fold out in half and fill it with a crapton of raw onion and bell pepper. It was horrible. I've tried a couple of different dishes and have been disappointed regularly. Tried it again several weeks later. Why did I bother. The home fries were basically like boiled sliced potato with zero crunch or crispyness. I called the waiter and complained about them and asked for some hash browns (someone in our party had chosen that side and they were nice and crispy). A few minutes later he brings me a serving of the least crispy hash browns I've ever seen. They were really just hashtans. Wouldn't you think if you complained about something that the replacement dish wouldn't have the same issue...anyway, he also brought a side of their fruit that I didn't want to, I guess, make up for the bad potatoes he had to serve me. Their fruit I've already tried here and it always angers me. A little dish with giant pieces of fruit that they never cut up. Oh I tried this time, but the fruit was so unripe I couldn't even cut it with a knife.

I have been visiting this restaurant for years. For the last year, something happened, and each visit is worse than last. Today, I ordered two eggs, crispy hash browns, Canadian bacon, and English muffins. The waitress wrote down the order, and I thought I heard her saying "three eggs." I told her that I just wanted two eggs, not three. She looked at her paper and said, "Yes, two eggs." When the order came, there were three eggs. I mentioned that I wanted two only. Of course, I could eat two only, but her response was: "Are you sure you didn't want three?" Moving on... The hash browns were totally white and seemed raw in the middle. She looked at them and acknowledged that they were far from crispy. She said that she'll order a side of crispy ones. When they came, they were a clump of totally burned potatoes and tasted like rancid oil! I guess the cook got offended and taught me a lesson! I have to say that for months now, at each visit, the hash browns are undercooked no matter if I ordered them crispy or not. One last thing, there seemed to be a lot of confusion as to which server handles which customer. I am sorry, but I will find another breakfast place. This was my last visit here.

Broken Yolk Cafe on Louetta at the Stuebner Airline intersection in Spring Texas. Great place for breakfast, the menu is expensive including eggs, egg combos, avocado toast, eggs Benedict, Mexican classic breakfast s, biscuits and gravy, omelettes, skillet combos, pancakes, waffles, french toast and last but not least- CREPES The restaurant is very clean and wait staff is attentive. Not crowded for a Tuesday morning, but tables were being moved quickly. Today they were serving everyone a sample of the Raspberry Crunch French Toast. Very light, raspberry sauce was not overwhelming. With the French Toast devoured in pleasure, I ordered a short stack of pancakes with chocolate chips. Couldn't come close to eating these two pancakes. Very good and the chocolate chips melted just right Thanks for the nice breakfast, I'll be back to continue exploring your menu.

Overall experience was not a good one. We were seated and hostesses asked if we would like coffee I said yes my husband said he would like tea and she told him the waitress would be getting him that. So we figured she would get the coffee and the waitress would be right behind her with tea. No on both, we sat there with menus down for 20 minutes before I grabbed one of 3 gentleman who seemed to be either owners or possible managers. I told him we had not been attended to (no drinks no nothing) he said sorry and grabbed a waitress. She took our order, finally came back with it drinks and we waited for our food. The food was good. Huge portions. Potatoes with the skillet were a bit cold and underdone but the taste was fine and the breaksfast tacos were great. ( not the rice and beans it came with though..... steer clear of those they were actually awful) not one time were we acknowledged while we were eating, drinks were empty except right before we left a busser asked me if I would like coffee, I said yes please and he then asked me how my morning was going. I told him very well thank you how about you and his response was “ meh” I was like uh just “meh”? He said Yupp and walked away. I just looked at my husband and was at a loss of words. So once again no one asked my husband if he would like to refill his empty tea. While we were waiting for our check the table behind us stopped the same charming busser and asked for water. He grabbed our waitress and aske dHER to get it and she said NO it’s not her table...... I just kept my mouth shut, waited for her to come to my table and when she finally made it to us (and this is after walking by us maybe 15 times prior and tending to everyone else around us) she came by asked how our food was, I asked for a refill of tea and the check. We paid and left after this...... we spent over an hour here. We were excited to have this place open in the area. But now sadly will say will will iNOT be coming back. The service was...

4-13-21 came in by myself, was seated and brought a menu and water. Older couple came in next and was promptly waited on and had order taken a few minutes later. I gad enough time to drink a full glass of water before anyone checked on me. Ordered huevos con chorizo, corn tortillas and a water refill. 15 minutes later I get a cold plate of food. Flour tortillas and ask again for a water refill. My salsa fresca that comes with the meal was missing. Older couple enjoying their breakfast, other tables being waited on attentively and I sit there looking for my waitress. She's taking orders from a party of 6. I finally just got up and saw a manager. I said I was leaving, cold food, wrong tortillas, no salsa. I've asked for water refill several times so I'm leaving. She said absolutely nothing and the server just looked at me from the other side of the restaurant. I got to the car and calmed down and called and spoke to the manager as to what was the problem. No response other than your server noticed she gave you the wrong tortillas... really? That's all huh? If you come back I'll buy your meal. Are you kidding me? I sat there for 45 minutes and didn't eat anything and you want me to come back? You've got a lot of issues going on in that place. Tuesday morning with maybe 6 tables with customers? Another customer that sat alone got up to leave also, she couldn't get...

We were there over the weekend, and yes it was crazy busy and a madhouse. they are the New kids on the block and everyone in the neighborhood wants to be there. All at once apparently. The menu is very big , and has everything from bacon and eggs to super yummy things like cinnamon pancakes. I understand they are new and I went in there with an open mind and lots of patience. I'm glad I did because if I had gone in there expecting top-notch experience on a weekend within their first month of opening I would have been very irritated as many other people seem to be. I definitely like the concept, disappointed that they don't have mimosas or bloody Marys but I can live without that. I had the sope Benedict, which I thought was fantastic. My husband had the chicken fried steak and eggs, and he loved the chicken fried steak. It's not your traditional chicken fried steak. We will definitely go back, maybe during the week when it's less crazy, and try other things. The pictures on the menu made everything look delicious.yes there is a wait time and yes it is loud and yes things need to be fine-tuned, but it's new, so if you're expecting perfection then give it a few more months. if you went there and had a bad experience, I would give them another chance, because I think they are going to just get...
