Final edit: The below post is an experience with previous management. Since they have moved on from them, the ban was lifted rather quickly and have embraced a standard of performance that is once again up to par with the Chick-fil-A standards with which we are well acquainted. The owner certainly knows how to identify issues and rectify them accordingly. Moreover, I have noticed greater efficiency and better customer service this location since.
Chick-fil-A is a wonderful franchise with several great stores through the nation, but the management at this store continues to become more and more incompetent. After going through the drive-through and receiving our food in a timely manner with a great window worker, Luke, we went home to discover that we had missing and incorrect items. When returning to the store, employees openly debated whether they had missed the food or whether we were returning to try to steal extra food items. Note the customer is a retired veteran who makes enough to not have to steal fries. Upon deciding to finally provide us with the missing items, they had AGAIN provided us with incorrect items.
This is not the first time they have messed up an order, but this is the first time they have openly insulted us when trying to have our order corrected. Whataburger sounds great for the next fast food stop.
As a very former employee, it is sad to witness the deterioration of this store to this magnitude.
Edit: After returning for a third time, they decided to ban our family...
Read moreFood was fine, the staff was just rude. I placed a mobile pickup order and came inside to wait for it to be ready. There were other people dining near the pickup space, so I found an empty table to sit and wait. Within a minute, an employee came up to me and asked what I was doing there. She asked if I was waiting on somebody, or else why I was sitting there. I told her I had a mobile order, showed her the webpage that said my order was being prepared, and she said she'd go check on it for me. She never came back. The moment my order was ready, a different employee came up to me, with the original girl trailing behind (I wonder if she got a manager to come talk to me?) And then this new employee asked me what I was doing there and what I was waiting for. I again said I was waiting for a mobile order, and both employees told me that my order was now ready and I could take it and leave. I got the impression that for some reason, they did not want to have me sitting in their lobby, and they were doing everything they could to shoo me out the door as fast as possible. I guess I'll just go to...
Read moreIf I could give a ZERO, I would. First, what happened to greeting customers with a smile or common courtesy? The cashier (Cassie) is extremely RUDE! She was firing off questions quickly and acted pissed if you took more than 2 seconds to answer. She never smiled or even said thank you. She just stood there with a bad attitude. However, after we sat down, she had plenty of loud, nonstop laughter with her co-workers. A manager must not have been present because that type of behavior, I hope, would have been addressed. *Here's an idea: Grow up and consider what others might be going through. Maybe they can't process information as quickly and need a second to look at the menu and then answer; perhaps they have hearing issues and didn't hear what you asked right away, or maybe they just had a bad day and were looking forward to a good meal and a friendly face when entering the restaurant. But you won't find that here because they are unprofessional,...
